I think incorporating some exercise into my routine helps. I like to get to the office early and get the busy work done before everyone else gets to the office. This is the kind of work that I am easily distracted from if there is someone else around. Then go to the gym. Then back to the office with a clear mind to attack any issues. Please make more videos on how you stay healthy, motivated, tips for leading conference calls and setting expectations of your clients, your favorite books etc. Just some examples but really just want to see more of your vids haha.

For students: it is useful to make 5 min. brakes every 30 or 45 or 60 minutes and do something fun. This is the reward for learning. I often found myself forgetting that I'm only on a 5 minutes break and continued for 30 minutes. So to prevent yourself from that set up a timer.
I agree with almost everything in this video. Just one thing. Where is the space for intimacy with your partner? because if I have to be up and at it at 6 a.m. there is no slow intimate time. Do we get up at 5a.m.? Do we have to schedule time together?Where is the slow time?
Don't be your own worst boss. Act as if you would be someone that cares about you in the long run. That will make the negotiation with yourself successful and will get you working with the right motivation.
