- Another Wicked animatic! I know I said I'd do Wonderful, but this song honestly holds so many emotions that completely contrast with No Good Deed, that I couldn't resist. Hope you enjoy!

This song always brings me tears. She so hopeful and optimistic about her future changing for the better after meeting the wizard but unaware about the truth and reality hidden behind the conner.

She was ignorant of her biological father's ineptitude alongside being manipulated by Madame Morrible & was not aware of the Shiz Headmistress being the true villain (it was she who used her ability to harness the weather that summoned the cyclone which had bought Dorothy from drab sepia tone Dust Bowl era Kansas to Oz & killed her sister Nessarose, since Madame Morrible did it to lure Elphie out of hiding) until it was too little too late & the proverbial writing was on the wall.
4:01 makes me so sad. She’s so innocent now she has no idea what will become of her😔
Especially since the not-so "Wonderful" Wizard, the Great Humbug that is, is her biological father (Frex is her surrogate father).

@@bessieburnet9816 Well, even that's questionably objectionable, seeing as how Frex doted on Nessarose (even though she was the crippled child of his wife Melena & the couple's mutual sexual partner Turtle Heart, with Frex doing very little, if anything, to contribute), but still routinely blamed Elphaba for how Nessa turned out, even though the way each half-sister was born is certainly not Elphie's fault whatsoever.

This song is still good, Idina Menzel still killed it, the with me! part and the upbeat of the drums was fantastic, and the last part was very good and very talented extraordinary, and a very good fantastic high voice on the last part: The Wizard, And I🎶🎶 and Idina sing the song real well, I can’t wait to see the musical in the theaters when they open back up, but when, we are all unlimited excited 😊 to see it in AMC and in all the movie theaters 🎥 🎞 Kristin and Idina, & the Original Broadway Cast is still the best.

Really great ideas! You’re very creative and I love that! All I’d say is with animatics just work on some smooth movements and action, and maybe study a bit of anatomy and I can see you becoming an amazing artist in no time! Keep up the good work! (Yeah I know it’s a bit old but still)

Ok, nobody hate pls. I'm not familiar with the musical, but I'm confused. What is Elpheba's relationship with the wizard? Isnt the wizard her dad?
At this point? Elphaba and the wizard don't have a relationship: he's the ruler of Oz, she's a very promising student. The book implies that the wizard *is* her father, but in the slept-with-her-mother-and-wandered-off sort of way, rather than the man-who-raised-her sort of way.
Does he know he's her father? Maybe. Does she know he's her father? No.

@@broadwaybrook2319 In addition, when The Wizard departs in his hot air balloon ("Retaining my balloon in the advent of a quick getaway" to quote Frank Morgan's portrayal from the 1939 MGM film), he exits in shame, because it's not until after the news breaks that The Wicked Witch of the West is declared dead that Glinda outs him as Elphie's father, which is why he tearfully sings _A Sentimental Man_ ("I'm a sentimental man who's always longed to be...a father") upon realizing that he sent the Kansas farm girl & the 3 misfits seeking brains, heart & the nerve/courage to basically murder his illegitimate daughter.

Try to better learn anatomy
Have you... looked at my more recent artwork, maybe? I have grown a lot since this was posted, nearly an ENTIRE YEAR AGO. I don't see the point of complaining about someone's work they did a year ago. A side note: "try to better learn anatomy" is not constructive criticism, it's just rude

I AM listening to people who point things out. I'm 16. I'm still learning. It's people like you who discourage artists by constantly trying to fight about what makes good art. What, did you come out of the womb creating masterpieces? Give people time to improve. Give people time to get better. Don't jump on someone's artwork they're not even that proud of and then jump down their throats when they try to defend themselves. Being bitter and making fun of people doesn't help anyone grow. Try to better learn empathy.
