Hello! I would recommend a slimmer fit mostly on dress shirts, since you'll be tucking them in your trousers, and you don't want that muffin top. But for more casual shirts like the one I'm wearing in the video, you can definitely get away with a looser fit! I'll probably make a video about that in the future 🙂
How do you like those Asket chinos, considering getting a pair myself. I'm not so tall so I always struggle finding good trousers. I found that Uniqlos smart ankle length ultra stretch dry ex trousers (wow that's a long name) are perfect for the cropped look I'm going for. I like the cotton smart ankle length ones better texture-wise, but the length is a bit off - not quite long enough if you flip em up once, too long if you don't..... the struggle of a short man. You know that feeling as a short guy when you find a product that fits perfectly off the rack and you pray to god that the company won't stop producing it. If you have other recommendations on jeans/chinos/trousers that are cool and good for shorter guys let me know please! I'm also considering trying out Everlane although it's a bit of a hassle to order them from the states to Europe.
What do you think about putting on a shirt and t-shirts in pants? Because being low, as the pants are with a slightly higher condition, this insertion of the shirt shortens the growth even more. I feel very low. I am asking for your examples of styling with your shirt tucked into trousers and what to do with styling
I tuck in my shirt/t-shirt quite often. I actually think it makes you look taller since it has a slimming effect on your waist and lengthens your legs. Unless you already have very long legs compared to your torso, in which case it would throw the proportions off. But if you have average proportions or a longer torso (like me), I think that tucking in your shirt can actually flatter your height more in many cases.
Staple in my pants, is a pair of yes dark blue/indigo denim, navy blue or black chinos, but I don't have yet a wool trousers, that's what I need to have hehe hopefully this year! Awesome vid short and sweet 👌👌 👌👌 👌

Nice! That sounds like fun! I already have my content planned for this month and unfortunately it doesn't involve beach wear, but I can give you some ideas right now. If it's hot where you live (enough to wear only one layer), one of my favourite choices for the top half is a cuban collar shirt (with or without pattern), they're very festive and perfect for a beach party vibe. Chinos or shorts for pants are always a good idea, and for footwear loafers, sneakers, chukkas are all good options. Hope that helps!

So I bring all my jeans to the tailor frankly. The ones I'm wearing in the video are Uniqlo regular fit. My waist is quite small and my thighs quite large in comparison, so I get whatever is the right size for my waist (usually 28) in a regular fit, and then bring them to the tailor to get them hemmed (because I'm short) and usually a slight taper from the knee down.

Thanks man! Uniqlo, Levi's, Asket, APC (in order of price). There are other good brands out there but these are the ones I've personally had experience with. The ones I'm wearing in the video are the Uniqlo regular fit, I linked them in the description.
