    Steps
    1. Scene safety
    2. Assess the response of the patient
    3. Ask for help
    4. Check for pulse
    5. Start CPR
    CPR Cycle:
    30 compressions
    At 100-120 / min
    2 rescue breaths
    Repeat

    Thank you for the video. However one remark. Why checking pulse if at the end it's not relevant? If it's required then should be advised what to do if pulse is there or not. But in my opinion it just means loosing valuable seconds. Only check the breathe

    • @Unsubscribd24
      @Unsubscribd24 3 года назад +1

      If Pulse is there you dont need to do compressions.. start compressions if there's no pulse. If only breaching is not there, rescue breaths are enough.

    Co jeśli się czymś zadławił?
    Należy wcześniej sprawdzić czy nic nie znajduje się w jamie ustnej. Zanim ciało obce będziemy próbowali wdmuchnąć do płuc 😉

  • @etisamwahid3167
    @etisamwahid3167 3 года назад

    Sir, at 5:40, you missed the point. The CPR would definitely cause more harm to the patient in case if there were any rib fractured. So the first and most important precaution before giving CPR is to look for external rib fracture. In this case if someone gave CPR to the patient, the compressions on the chest may result in sever lung injury by fractured rib which is a life threatening conditon.

    • @Unsubscribd24
      @Unsubscribd24 3 года назад +1

      Exactly what I was thinking.. also.. depth of more than 6cm can cause rib fracture...I learnt this from AHS's BLS manual.. he just said the opposite 😅

      @@Unsubscribd24 Yeah, i found you only to give a shot to this. However before commenting i go through all the comments and didn’t found any single person who pointed out this point. Thanks to you for praising 🙏
