May be pissing into the wind here, but just to clarify: 9mm is +6 .40 and 10mm is +5 .45 is +4 Source: Just finished installing them on all 4 calibers.
I absolutely love these videos. I'm always reminded of Troy McClure from 'The Simpsons'. Always makes it seem like I'm watching a public television announcement in Springfield. Lenny just needs a double beer can hat with Duff beer. I wish I had a voice that cool. Its almost as cool as Sam Elliot or Waylon Jennings.
I've tested 4 of these in my G21. Not one failure. Kind of hard to snap the follower onto the spring but it takes a little time no big deal. I've also tested the Pierce magazine extensions , all kinds of problems and it was a pain in the ass to remove.
So far these have not been reliable in my glock 20 mags. Always get at least 1 ftf per magazine, stock ones do not have this problem. I have tried leaving them loaded for weeks and unloading and loading them repeatedly. So far no luck.
What am I doing wrong? My follower fits just fine but when I start to shoot my pistol the extended mags do not feed properly and the follower will fall off..... I have tried everything, bending the spring to fit the follower, iv tried placing the follower in different positions on the spring, iv even tried using glue to attach the follower! I'm so irritated with these
I know this comment was a year ago.. so did you ever get the Arrendondo springs snapped in place properly? I had a similar issue. Maybe I was doing something wrong... but I tried for a couple hours and could not get the spring to snap in place. I could snap the Glock 34 Gen 4 OEM spring in instantly and almost with my eyes closed. The Arrendondo spring appeared to be slightly too thick. I tried multiple methods even using small tools to attempt to force it in place. I have a tool kit meant for fixing mobile devices such as iPhones that seemed like it would be useful in pressing the spring in place. I was able to snap the spring in place a couple of times. However, any slight movement and the spring would pop off. I just left the Glock OEM spring in place. It seems to be feeding well for now. But I'm worried I will eventually have issues with it. If I could get the spring issue figured out, I would purchase several of these.
@@andrewTaylorCodesNo I did not get them to work at all. I tried for 2 different days thinking I was doing something wrong. I was meticulous during installation even going to the store to buy spme small needle nose plyers and a small flathead screwdriver. Didn't help I got it to click using the plyers but after I did the rest and put my mag back together, the spring would pop off like u said. Pissed me off lol
@@mooserbegg1623 so a fix that i did was simply put the follower backwards on the spring and put it back in it works and function ive put a couple thousand rounds thru the mag and have had no issue so far

9mm is +6
.40 and 10mm is +5
.45 is +4

Did you experience any trouble with fitting all 5 round in with the 40? I put one on my G23 and can only fit +2...
It would depend on the 9mm for that to be true. You could definitely fit more in a Glock 17,19x, and 45. You can easily fit 19 rounds in a Glock 19x

Lenny, as always, great voice, patient clear instruction steps...and always professional.
well according to the description you can,the glock 21 comes with a 13 rd magazine standarly, you might gotten a cali legal glock"or magazine"
Is it orientated? Or oriented?
Absolutely impossible to get the base plate to click on at the end. Seriously, amazed how you did it so easily. You had to have altered it
Very helpful instructions and easy to follow. Thanks

I suppose you can’t use the factory 17 spring? Must use the 10%+ spring?
that's a clever little assembly
Thanks for the help, Lenny!

Nice product..... so I have Glock factory 22 round mags in .40 caliber. If I use the +5 on that, do I need a longer spring?
Do one for the glock21 with new plus 4 ext.
Are these compatible with Dawson ice magwell?
Can you put a arredondo mag extension on a 33 round high capacity glock 9 millimeter magazine?
How does he get the sleeve off so easily?
i cant get the base plate off my 10 rounds mags...but i can on my 17 mags. Soooo frustrating right now!!!
Want to know if this would work for a Glock 19 ????
will this work with the Glock 22 22rd magazine .40S&W?
awesome video! appreciate it!
does anyone know if these extensions work on 10 round mags?
The spring doesn't fit the stock follower. The shape is visibly different that the stock spring or a wolf spring. Poor QC by Arredondo
That closure system looks like it would fail under heavy abuse.
for the standard Glock 22 clip how many does it hold and for the extended magazine how many does it hold
>clip
17 rds on my glock 21 of pure 45 acp power! i getting this bitch as soon as i get paid!
They do not as far as I know. The spring will definitely not work.
weird but not uncommon..you got cali legal mags probably
Actually its 20 for a .40 cal not 21
Bullshit the follower does not simply click into place that easy.... None of my extended mags will feed properly!
