The spacing there at the base of your stairs is perfect. Have to look at the ceiling space for sure. I'd elevate it a little at the base of the steps just to allow for air movement along the floor.
I think it looks incredible in the lego city in the corner you have it in. If you took your idea from a few videos ago and ran the train underneath at the base of the tower it could be tucked in that corner and not change much
After watching many of you videos for days, you got me addicted on Lego again!!!! I am currently collecting Lego parts and pieces bit by bit... I got over 20 kilo's of lego now, sorting them by color and pieces.... I spent over a 1000 euro's on Lego and sorting bins and drawers total! And i am not done yet... But hey, it is fun doing so!
100% have it in the corner of the Lego City. Adds height. You can still see it (doesn't get lost, obvs). Could work nicely with the train line. Ensures the rest of the room isn't too full.
I feel like it fits perfectly on the floor and it still looks good even though it comes out a few inches. Look at it like this too you’ll have more room in the city for later projects 🤣
I was totally admiring the wider hallway during your Detailed Review! It really shows off your sets! There’s a tiny glimpse of it today at 0:36. The corner spot by the stairs is a sweet fit for the Tower but it came across on the video as being kind of dark. I think it looks phenomenal in the city!
Big anti city option. It’s not mini fig scale and you do such a good job of making your city realistic as possible. This set is meant for display not for city (I have my qualms with the set size) I’m a big fan of displaying it in the corner or replacing the winter village with the Eiffel Tower seasonally. Love you work Jordan!
I'd work it into that corner because it does give a sense of grandness and if I had it on the floor, I'd run it to it all the time. That said, the fact that the corner fits so well between the trim and bookcase just feels so good to see.
I think short term the tower looks really cool there, but in general I'm sure the city will run out of space at some point so it will probably have to be taken out. If you are already planning on moving the city to a commercial space at some point I think leaving the tower in the city will be good until then.
I envisaged a tripping hazard if it’s near the stairs . It looks great in the city. As you have not finished the train track yet I think where you have it is awesome .
It looks great in both spots, it would definitely be super cool in the back corner with the train turning under it but that is a big section of space to lose. Tough decision but there is no wrong answer here! Also, I believe the mid section of the tower needs to be rotated 90 degrees to line up the smooth sides of the corner trusts.
It wouldn't be a bad idea to be honest. The question being is can the tables hold the weight of it and what kind of baseplates would you need to do it for a MILS plate. I'd say if you do place it in the LEGO city, place it directly in the center (well that's what I would do as it'd be the centerpiece of the city, but that's just me). I think your original idea of placing it next to the cabinet is also solid too. Hope this feedback helps a bit. Personally I'd say just keep it in the corner where it is that way besides the art wall, it's one of the first things you see when entering the LEGO room. Great video Bricksie.
I think you should put it in front of your door for the mechanical room. Put felt pads on the bottom and you can easily slide it out of the way when you need to access the back room
What about placing it by the wall facing the winter village just after the cabinet with the coliseum in it. That way it won’t be in the way but it will still be a centrepiece in your LEGO room!
It looks great where you have it, build an amusement park plaza underneath, with vendors and minifigs. Don't worry about the trains. If you want space for more modular buildings, consider moving those tall facades up on the platform in back. Put them behind the port or the amusement park. There's a lot of space between the end of Ninjago Gardens. Move some of your main downtown modular buildings up there and integrate that haunted house and burrow into the main city. A row of modulars will look great on that back platform. The main center area needs a random haunted house!
You could put it in the far corner and not necessarily move the whole track. Just use flex track to sneak it under the tower a bit. Either solution looks great!
I'm late to watching this, but it looks really great in the corner there. Having it on the floor was nice for appreciating the detail, and I did really like the shade on the shelf it made, but this is a tower, so let it tower. Right? With it in the LEGO city it really does add to both the Eiffel Tower and the city. I think the view of it over your shoulder walking away from the city is great, and the white contrast of the wall makes it stand out showing off the silhouette of the structure. And you're so right about it emphasizing the scale of your LEGO city. It really does show off how large it is when this set gets smaller and smaller as you walk away. I think it adds so much more to the city, so I'd recommend making it work.
I’m not sure if this is really an option as it still might eat up too much real estate downtown, but what if you put the new tower directly over a 4-way intersection of your streets?
I think it looks best next to the cabinet at the base of the stairs. I think it just takes up too much space in the city that could be used for future modular buildings and projects.
I would definitely keep it in the city. Having the trains go under would be nice, but if it doesn’t work out, you could just place it in the amusement park and have it placed on multiple 48x48 MILS plates and just have some stands with minifigures under it or perhaps have it in the city itself with roads going under it. Maybe a crossroad. I would remove the baseplate it is on though. Not the corners, but the middle part.
How about a big pedestrian road down the center of the amusement park, that pass under the tower towards the back. So place the tower in front of the train track in the back, but in the center of the park. Would love to see the rollercoasters rebuilt to pass over the road too
I too have the Eiffel tower and many other sets that I making so a train runs around all of them. Not as big as yours (obviously), but I do have some big sets. I am going to try to run the train under the tower. I do want to ensure the elevation of the tower is sufficient. I do like the Tower in the corner because it adds that height feature to the city.
Lots of ideas. Looks fantastic as a Lego build but definitely creates a problem placing it. What about pushing the tower to the back against the wall right where it is but not in the corner? Just a thought.
In the back corner of the city, the scale is perfect. In real life, the tower is HUGE! And back in that corner, it’s gives the perspective of the scale of it since it looks like it’s far in the distance.
@@brianhuynh3791 Yes, but the space will be easily used, as the train would be able to run through i a modified turn. The turn of the tracks already takes lots of space, so by combining the space the two takes up, it will me more efficient and the diagonal will give it an awesome twist, making it really stand out in the city.
I think it looks cool in the city. However, I think you're right it just takes up too much space for the current city. I would put it in the corner by the stairs for now. But definitely put it in the city when you have more space.
I feel like I just watch these videos just to see how close Bricksie is to maxxing out his space. There is Lego as a hobby for fun, then there's Bricksie who makes me really queasy.
Two very very tough choices. I really like both. But I think if you were to put the Eiffel Tower in the LEGO City, it'll look amazing. I can just imagine all the scenes and story telling you can create. And like you said, if you run out of space just put it beside the shelf where it was originally going to go.
I really love it in the corner by the entrance. I would vote to raise it with some sort of platform, that way to prevent dust/dog hair from continually getting on the base. I just think it is such an amazing set to have right as you walk into the Lego room, you’d be able to see the details so much better up close by the stairs.
I thought the tower wouldn't look good in the city, but when you placed it it looked great!! I just wouldn't mess with the base!! If you end up placing it in the city, i think you should make the trains go around it! I mean, the park in the bottom is amazing and can be a good addition to your citizens!! I don't clustering the trains in there wouldn't look great!
It looks great in the city - just a thought what if to build it into your amusement park you re-construct your loop coaster into it somehow so the ride takes you through/around the Eiffel Tower. Build an Eiffel Tower themed coaster ride?? Be a crazy time of work I’m sure but would look epic!!
You were talking the other day that Eifel tower is micro scale. I don't know scale of that set but here in Czech Republic we have in our capital city Petřínská rozhledna. And if you Google it, it looks like Eifel tower. So possibly you could use scale from that and it could mean that I would be in city scale.
Where you had the tower at 10 mins pull it forward and to the right, instead of two tracks you may have to accept it's easier for the one...in the amusement park....ps it looks better than we both thought it would 😉
If the ceiling is too close just shorten the legs of the tables. That’d also improve the perspective of the whole city i reckon, You could see much more of everything as things wouldn’t be in the cover of another piece as much. (Similarly to the - imo big - mistake pepople make when displaying the Titanic at around eye level as its intricate details onboard are just not visible then…)
The corner is the best spot. The problem with it being on the floor is that people won't be able to appreciate just how detailed it is because they're going to one, constantly be looking down at it, and two, because of how much you have in that room, no one will be able to see it from a distance. Think of the photo from the website with the set on the floor next to the fireplace, it looks good there because people can see it from a distance and really admire it. In your room, that wouldn't happen as much. With it in the corner, it draws the eye immediately because it is so amazing and as such, it also draws the viewer's attention to the other sets that will be around it.
Hey Bricksie! it looks amazing in the city, please keep it there! maybe remove the small trees and place mini-figures scenes, that would look even more cool! all the best for you guys and the twins! keep it up!
i think it works in the corner. It gives the whole city such a greater perspective/scale/skyline, although if it is too much work/too difficult, the space beside the stairs does work as well
I think the floor is definitely the way to go. But for sure you have to make a platform underneath for less dust accumulation and you would probably run into it less 😂
Any chance that you place the colosseum and pyramid of Giza next to it?? It would be cool to see a wonders of the world vacation/tourist area in the city!
It looks cool in the lego city...if you were to keep it there and add the train tracks... I would suggest if possible using those benches and light that are there in a sector to create a train station. The benches can be raised a bit and lined next to each other with maybe a walking row if need be to use them all.
It looks great in the city, I would leave it there for now, you can always take it out later when you run out of space. You could use the space underneath for a minifig scale park
Could the amusement park train curve through under the tower? Enter from the loop coaster side and then come out by the manhole. That way the one corner could be in the amusement park. It looks really good in the space where you have it, from a distance at least.
I don’t plan on getting the Eiffel Tower set but one thing I thought about doing to fit it into a city is somehow removing the base of the set with the park area and making that a road, so cars can pass under the Eiffel Tower and then place the legs where modular buildings would go.
The Eiffel tower looks amazing in the city. It could work in from of the tracks. However if you want the tracks to go under it, and you have to move the curve and take space from the amusement park, you can put the shorter attractions on a raised platform by the wall.
It would look amazing if you put the Eiffel tower in the corner, or right next to the platform in the corner, and have both train lines running underneath as a train station stop. You should have enough height under both side arches to fit a double track.
I like it in the Lego city. I think accommodating it to the far corner will look the best. I'm sure that you can come up with a creative plan for the train track adjustments there. 👍🏼👍🏼
I see potential in the tower becoming a station for both ground level and elevated railroad lines, if the tower is positioned next the upper level where the haunted house is at.
Why is a sand brick missing in one of the base of the legs? can be seen in 4:22 perfectly.. Is the design like this? cause it is getting me toc 😭 regarding where to put it is awesome how well fits on the floor with the leg in that corner and also you can see all the details of the tower but in the Lego city looks awesome as well. Really enjoy a lot all your videos. Regards from Barcelona 🤗
Kings Island theme park also has an Eiffel Tower which was opened by the same company that opened Canada’s Wonderland, which was also supposed to have an Eiffel Tower, but was later changed to the Wonder Mountain
Dude that spot by the cabinet was such a perfect fit it's like God came down and hand carved your room to fit the set right there, I sort of hope you end up moving it back to there lol.
I'd put some Lego underneath it to lift it up off the floor in the corner where you first had it. The ONLY way I'd put it in Brickmonton is if a train curve can fit underneath it somehow (maybe even take off one of the coaster tracks in the back).
Yes keep it in the city in that corner and incorporate it with the amusement park. Later down the road you can modify it to be a ride in the park. Like a elevator drop ride. Perhaps making a moc from the penthouse for the elevator that holds the people
I'd put it in the center of your city, like it is in Paris. And run trains / roads / smaller buildings underneath. Personally I don't think it should be next to taller buildings (like Loop) as it completes for attention, better to have it out on its own and not stuck in the corner. Yes, it would mean moving things around a bit, but think it would be worth it. Also looks better than I thought in amongst the city!
Was waiting for you to put it into your city, to see how it would look and I'm really satisfied with the look. Already prepared the spot in my city, was afraid that would look little stranger, beside modulars, but I think It looks just right. It really looks spectacular in the city , beside any smaller buildings. For me definitely right chose that will put this thing in the city in my case, bang in the middle of it...
I work it in the city, aware it will take up a large space, but the look of it in the overall city looks great, give some impression height which i feel is needed in your city
Can't you do smaller angled turns with the train tracks so the train enters at 1/8 turn and exits 1/8 turn (with staights in between under the tower way in the corner. Also are you sure you need to cut the shelf in oder for the tower ti fit ? Nice try so far....
I prefer it out of the city; it seems a bit out of place in my opinion! Plus, on the floor it’s literally got the perfect spacing for it; it’s practically begging to be put there!
I think in the corner of the Lego city, ad a light to the top of it like the light house and add fairy lights all over it. When I was in Paris I had a jaw dropping moment when it got dark and the haul Eiffel Tower started to twinkl and had a search light rotating. Real amazing moment
I love it in the city; it's like a smaller replica that fits in a theme/amusement park… put the disney castle next to it and have your own euro disney! 😊
Have the train run under it in the corner. Remove two of the grey roller coaster arches from the sides you can’t see from afar, this way the trains can fit under
I am unsure how big the sifter is, but would it be possible to make a stand for the tower in that corner that the sifter would be able to roll underneath it to store, so it is sort of a 2-in-1 solution to house the sifter and display the tower?
Is there enough room for the curved section of track to go through the base, if so then it'll be perfect in the back corner giving the height to the city but without sacrificing any potential building plots
yes, 100% modify the Eiffel Tower base and make the train run under it so save space. i think some minifigure benches and trees and maybe an icecream and/or hotdog stand underneat it would look great. Alternatively you could maybe run a road under it.
Well if you go through with the off sight building for your company, space will be no issue....for a while lol. But would it be possible to make it a curve under the tower instead of a straight?
The spacing there at the base of your stairs is perfect. Have to look at the ceiling space for sure. I'd elevate it a little at the base of the steps just to allow for air movement along the floor.

Personally LOVE the fit on the floor, allows for great visibility of the set and is so eye catching. Regardless of where it lands, looks fantastic!
After watching many of you videos for days, you got me addicted on Lego again!!!! I am currently collecting Lego parts and pieces bit by bit...
I vote to place in the city. Looks beautiful in the background on the last bit of the video.
Looks amazing. I think the height fills a visual space at the back of the city.
it fits like a glove in the spot next to the stairs like it was meant to have it right there :)

He was walking on the tables before, so I doubt the Eiffel Tower is heavier than Jordan 🙂
I think you should put it in front of your door for the mechanical room. Put felt pads on the bottom and you can easily slide it out of the way when you need to access the back room
I like this idea
I love it right in the corner of the city where you have it. Goes with the theme park and blank wall space perfectly! ❤👍

That's why I don't like it in the city because it takes over too much despite not being one of the better sets in the city.

Should maybe think about changing the piller in Lego city from multi color to looking like a sky scraper....
If the ceiling is too close just shorten the legs of the tables.

That back wall would look amazing with some cloudy sky wallpaper, would really make the skyline pop.
It looks amazing in that back corner, and if you ran both train line corners through, each side of center you wouldn't have to adjust too much
I personally 100% put it on the ground, it’s way to big for the city. Although it did look great from far away in the city
Looks great in the corner! Could be a great spot for all the parks concessions around it too!
I never thought of putting the Eiffel Tower in the city. Thanks For The Idea!
I think its perfect where it is.....walking into the room with it looming in the back is Majestic in my opinion.
Any chance that you place the colosseum and pyramid of Giza next to it?? It would be cool to see a wonders of the world vacation/tourist area in the city!

It looks to scale in your Lego city I love it there and you should keep it in the city.
That corner spot near the rides does work well, as Kings Island and Kings Dominion theme parks both have an Eiffel Tower replica.
It looks great in the city, I would leave it there for now, you can always take it out later when you run out of space. You could use the space underneath for a minifig scale park
i would keep it in the city. it adds so much character to the skyline in my opinion. unfortunately it does take up a lot of space though.
I think it looks fantastic and where it is, I think it balances the whole city with the other tall buildings. Awesome
Could the amusement park train curve through under the tower? Enter from the loop coaster side and then come out by the manhole. That way the one corner could be in the amusement park. It looks really good in the space where you have it, from a distance at least.
The Eiffel Tower looks great in the city.❤
I agree it looks great in the city skyline. However, as you said it takes up a lot of space, and it did look amazing by the stairs!
you should definitively get a tiny drone. it could patrol your city. and make awesome video. trough the streets.
I don’t plan on getting the Eiffel Tower set but one thing I thought about doing to fit it into a city is somehow removing the base of the set with the park area and making that a road, so cars can pass under the Eiffel Tower and then place the legs where modular buildings would go.
PUT THE EIFFEL TOWER IN THE CENTRE OF THE CITY. IT WOULD LOOK AMAZING!!
The Eiffel tower looks amazing in the city.
It could work in from of the tracks. However if you want the tracks to go under it, and you have to move the curve and take space from the amusement park, you can put the shorter attractions on a raised platform by the wall.
it looks incredible in the city!
It would look amazing if you put the Eiffel tower in the corner, or right next to the platform in the corner, and have both train lines running underneath as a train station stop. You should have enough height under both side arches to fit a double track.
I hereby wish you loads of good luck on getting your own warehouse for your Bigger and Better LEGO City! 😁👍
You should probably put it in the far corner
That looks so cool in the city
I like it in the Lego city. I think accommodating it to the far corner will look the best. I'm sure that you can come up with a creative plan for the train track adjustments there. 👍🏼👍🏼
I like your idea of shelves around the perimeter of your room for more Lego sets.
Your city is looking amazing, I am so exited for the amusement park to get started! Love the channel!
It looks great near the amusement park. Kings Island in Cincinnati has an Eiffel Tower.
Looks fantastic in the city!
yes, 100% modify the Eiffel Tower base and make the train run under it so save space. i think some minifigure benches and trees and maybe an icecream and/or hotdog stand underneat it would look great. Alternatively you could maybe run a road under it.
Well if you go through with the off sight building for your company, space will be no issue....for a while lol.
But would it be possible to make it a curve under the tower instead of a straight?
I like all the ideas! But I’d try making sorta like Las Vegas. A miniature like Eiffel Tower.
It looks just perfect in the corner of the LEGO city! Love it.
Amazing video keep up the great work
