Watched when the trains were originally removed. Then under the table. Then back on top. Then came the amusement park. And now an elevated track through the city. It's been a journey.
I think the trains going the same route is fine and plenty realistic. One moves in the opposite direction. Plenty of real world loop lines that do the same thing.
Man, one of my bucket-list things to do in life is to have a dedicated Lego room one day. After graduating college, I came home to officially share a room with my youngest sibling. My other younger siblings currently have their own rooms since one went through high school and the other finished college after two years since we moved. So, every student loan payment made is a step closer to moving out in my eyes. It’s not so much wanting to leave my family as it is just me desperately wanting my own room somehow. And I’m convinced about what is required of me to reach that achievement. *TL;DR:* I’m inspired. The rest of what I wrote is self-involved bickering.
this is amazing, if anything, I would consider putting the POV clip in slow motion (maybe 0.75x) so we can better appreciate the view. Thank you for doing this!
It looks so great! I really enjoyed the POV shots. I definitely think that you should incorporate some cool scenes underneath the raised platform, also in doing that there is more opportunity for fun POV train shots.
I think you should build the interior of the tunnel entirely (i.e. everything behind the facade). Lots of opportunity to create some fun scenes throughout, which will only be visible on the video footage but you'll know they're there! Maybe a project idea?
even something super simple that wouldn’t normally fit within the city would be cool. like maybe have some sort of monster hiding under there or some sort of other theme, maybe a mini star wars or indiana jones or something else
i know that people can’t see it when they look at the city, but i think adding cool little scenes under your raised platforms would be super cool so when you do the train pov the viewers could see some cool stuff. love what you have done!
Looks fantastic!! Have you considered adding a small detail to the train lines - some way of simulating overhead power as both the ground and raised lines are models of electric trains?? Will you look at changing the layout of the tracks when you eventually move to a larger premises?
Nice to see the trains done. I look forward to see the finished stations and the switch track under the platform. Great to be here to see this all get done no matter how fast/slow it takes. 🙂
One of the best cities I've seen, it's simple and colors are balanced and realistic and it looks fun and not confusing to take a look at every part of the city. Very cool
train stations are my favorite cause you can always customize it like a small shopping area and have the lines connected to the Bus Lines and another train line. cant wait to see it. looks great! hello from Saga, Japan.
lol at the end. That's awesome! The trains look great. I think it adds a nice dynamic, and those POV clips around the city and through the tunnel are sweet. I really like seeing the Eiffel Tower. Just adds a different perspective of the city. Nicely done!
wow! great scenery. i had a big lego city in the 1980s, including the trains and lightened tracks/streets. so much has changed in the meantime. unfortunately i have no photos left from these days. good work, nice videos 👍
OMG I am in love with that white train, I have the set but lost the stickered pieces so I remade a more custom variant of it staying true to the original, no interior but it does have lights inside!
I’ve been having a lot of stressful days recently and I just wanted to thank you so much for uploading. Cause I get to come home from all of it and watch your videos and they really help me calm down
I also appreciate Bricksie's ideas even if I would still plan to connect the elevated track to the one on the floor so that trains can get on and off, I also did it in my videos
Bricksie why dont you modify the Disney train station to become the raised amusement park train station P.S I love your content and I have a channel called MrToxicPotato.
Great work! All 3 trains chugging around the city even not 100% complete add movement and bring your amazing creation to life. Perhaps one day you might consider some accent lighting? Looks fantastic can’t wait to see it finished off!
I feel the main ground line and raised line should reverse their direction. Ground line going Clockwise and raised counterclockwise (along with the amusement park line). That way the ground line will flow the same direction as the traffic next to the train on the stretch of track and road. I would want to be driving to the raised platform and have traffic coming towards me on one side and the train on the other.
The POV stuff is really cool. Have you thought about getting a 360 camera for filming POV stuff? You could get some interesting perspectives from within the city.
I love it. next step for me would be to put some metall stripes on the rails and run them like the 9V System did. I really hate to change batteries in lego trains.
Love the train video. I should have 5 packs of Lego train track showing up today from Lego, and in April, I am going to my first Lego convention, which it list Lego trains as a part of the convention. My mom and I got the early morning tickets not because we wanted to but because we had to since all other tickets were already sold out and it actually works out good since once the convention ends we will only be 15 minutes from the lego store so if it is double vip I am getting the sanctum sanatorium set which has been a very important set for me for 2023.
would be good if you could do some kind of harness contraption from the ceiling then you could hang down with that to build stuff and lose the access holes, more building space lol. I wish i had the space for something like this but big basements are not really something we have in the UK. I think i would build either a star wars, Harry Potter or some kind of steam punk city themes.
Looks awesome, when you said add a station along the back, maybe at the tunnel opening do both ground and raised lines as one station with stairs connecting them.
Nice POV video! About the stations, maybe one for the ground rail is enough, it's like the city central station. About the elevated ones, it'd be cool to have one serving close to the existing ground station, one for the park, and one for the elevated area.
Maybe a station for the raised platform behind the venetian houses. It's close to the zoo, on the raised platform, and you can move the houses forward a bit so they aren't to crowded with the train.
Cutting out a small square from the raised platform to allow stairs to access a subway station like the underground ones found in NYC would be pretty cool
the trains animate the city better than anything. The fact you have the most modern train on the raised track makes it work too. The whole setup is mind blowing. Congrats. Maybe its time to think of bigger premises :) lol
Wow, it looks nice, however i really miss some cargo train. World city 4512 would be the best choice imo, but cargo deluxe from 2006 will be also great.
Watched when the trains were originally removed. Then under the table. Then back on top. Then came the amusement park. And now an elevated track through the city. It's been a journey.
It's been a journey. Its been a ride. Its been the answer all this time
This Is A Very Good Idea Nice
Nice Work On
The city must always be evolving, even for me it is like this and then it allows me to make more videos

So awesome seeing all trains going through the city. Your hard work is paying off.
Love the train POV shots, great way to tour your city! Fantastic!
Yes🎉 really great
I think the trains going the same route is fine and plenty realistic. One moves in the opposite direction. Plenty of real world loop lines that do the same thing.
The amount of work that goes into this is unimaginable. You are CRAZY. My respects.
Completly agree

Hehe completly agree
So a year later,
any progress?
Love the POV. Get to see more of the smaller details that we may otherwise have missed. It’s all looking awesome.
I like them too, it seems to be in the city ... I'm trying to do them in my videos too
this is amazing, if anything, I would consider putting the POV clip in slow motion (maybe 0.75x) so we can better appreciate the view. Thank you for doing this!

No
That would be awesome
I say make hunted stuff as it's always dark might as well be scary.🤠🫠
Could make a siding for the rail maintenance vehicles in there.
This looks way better than I initially expected! Wow, looks fantastic!
Wow bro great job it looks great man. I suggest that you buy more lego sets.
i know that people can’t see it when they look at the city, but i think adding cool little scenes under your raised platforms would be super cool so when you do the train pov the viewers could see some cool stuff. love what you have done!
This is really coming to life now! Great job, Jordan!
Looks fantastic!!

Will you look at changing the layout of the tracks when you eventually move to a larger premises?
love the POV camera angles. I set my playback speed to .25X and got a nice little tour of the city!!!
Lego City Train project is indeed mesmerizing to watch, and there has been a lot of work put into the same.
Nice to see the trains done. I look forward to see the finished stations and the switch track under the platform. Great to be here to see this all get done no matter how fast/slow it takes. 🙂

That is one ridiculous Lego layout 👍🤓
That is one MASSIVE Lego city ! I´m impressed ! Such a dedication to it 🤯👏👏
Absolutely fantastic work! Love the POV!
I'm so happy to see all the trains running again! It adds a nice touch. My favorite is probably the ground line for the city. Thanks for the POVs!
train stations are my favorite cause you can always customize it like a small shopping area and have the lines connected to the Bus Lines and another train line. cant wait to see it. looks great! hello from Saga, Japan.

😮 That’s a lot of buildings 😮
The trains now give the city a kind of heart beat. It's now came to life.
wow! great scenery. i had a big lego city in the 1980s, including the trains and lightened tracks/streets. so much has changed in the meantime. unfortunately i have no photos left from these days. good work, nice videos 👍

Great train lines and finished product ! I love the camera angle of the trains on there route !
Those POVs make me want to shrink and take a ride! Well done Bricksie!
In the year 3023 lego invents a new power functions shrink Ray for fans to enter their cities...
@@bricktopian would be great ha-ha :) hopefully magnifying ray will be included!
I think that in the next videos I will also make an overview of the streets of the city
I’ve been having a lot of stressful days recently and I just wanted to thank you so much for uploading. Cause I get to come home from all of it and watch your videos and they really help me calm down
The color sensor and programming is awesome to get your trains to stop at the different stations, make noise, and then continue their route.
Love the POV. The city is looking great
Looks amazing. The city has come alive. Awesome!
Love the video. The POV was amazing n having two lines makes total seance. Keep it up bricksie.
you should add a cargo train and cargo port with boats and like the cargo train going next to that cargo boat
LOVE the trains! 🚂🚂🚂
Looking fantastic!!
I really like the system that you are always able to alter the city core. Very well thought through.
Awesome work! I really like the support system for the raised train line. Can’t wait to see what you do for the stations.
I also appreciate Bricksie's ideas even if I would still plan to connect the elevated track to the one on the floor so that trains can get on and off, I also did it in my videos
More POV style videos from the city would be great, mini fig eye view is what’s it’s all about 👏
Looks Brilliant. Will look even better when the Amusement Park is up and running too
Bricksie why dont you modify the Disney train station to become the raised amusement park train station P.S I love your content and I have a channel called MrToxicPotato.
Nice idea
Good idea
Thats a great idea that would be a good raised train station
my brother is so smart
Very exciting POV. Was so anxious worrying a minifig would cross the track. Oh the humanity.
Great work! All 3 trains chugging around the city even not 100% complete add movement and bring your amazing creation to life. Perhaps one day you might consider some accent lighting? Looks fantastic can’t wait to see it finished off!
Great work Jordan, you're city has now come to life. Looks awesome 😁
It’s amazing. I’ve decided to start my Winter Village/City.
It is so cool seeing this train after so much work in your city
I also really like filming the passage of Lego trains
I feel the main ground line and raised line should reverse their direction. Ground line going Clockwise and raised counterclockwise (along with the amusement park line). wow!! I am a beginger and have a 12x4 area now I kow how to get the train up above the floor level amazing job!
This is probably the best Lego city I’ve ever seen great work 🎉😮😁
So excited for this! I get so many ideas for my city from your videos so often and looks like so much fun to run those trains!
The POV stuff is really cool. Have you thought about getting a 360 camera for filming POV stuff? You could get some interesting perspectives from within the city.
Really enjoyed the point of view of the trains. Awesome . Great video
I love it. next step for me would be to put some metall stripes on the rails and run them like the 9V System did. I really hate to change batteries in lego trains.
Great looking layouts of the train tracks, awesome POVs from each trian going around your city.
Looks good man!!
Respect, you are the one of the best lego city builder i have ever seen
Love how the trainline curves around the eiffel tower, makes that build worth the money
Excellent very nice to see all the trains running. Well done
I enjoy your content so much. I enjoy your brainstorming and watching you build the mocs. The city is amazing.
awesome video jordan all the train lines looks amazing in the lego city great job
Suggestion: get rid of the giant Lego pole or make it black or white. It’s super distracting
Great stuff ❤I just bought first lego city train for my kid and I think it's going to be a great adventure for both of us :)
Amazing! Very well done 👏

this is exactly what i want to build
Awesome. The raised track looks great.
Now the wall just needs some graffiti 😊 thank you for another great video. I think amazing that you make one to release very day.
Great work!This is amazing ❤

POV looks great !
You need train stops and a grand station for all three trains to connect🎉 congrats it looks good
Maybe a station for the raised platform behind the venetian houses. It's close to the zoo, on the raised platform, and you can move the houses forward a bit so they aren't to crowded with the train.
this is really awesome! it's always so rewarding when a project is completed and reap the rewards.
Congrats on the amazing city!
I love how you’re showing us there’s like $1 million worth of Lego in that city. It’s really cool great city I hope to make one someday.
Cutting out a small square from the raised platform to allow stairs to access a subway station like the underground ones found in NYC would be pretty cool
Love the vids❤

Really cool. I do not have LEGO trains yet but maybe I will give it a shot. Looks quite fun to do!
Love this. It juts looks so good
Awesome!!!
Awesome man! I’m so happy for you!
Wow looks fantastic! Great job!👍😎
Wow, it looks nice, however i really miss some cargo train. World city 4512 would be the best choice imo, but cargo deluxe from 2006 will be also great.
The amount of detail is awesome!
Great job. The trains look awesome going around the city.
Great job... Love the pov of the raised train running towards the Eiffel tower. Looks awesome
Reading these comments makes me feel hopeful for the future. God bless!
Looking so cool bro!!! Can't wait to see what's next!!
Watched this video on my oculus and WOW it was amazing!
This is so cool! Maybe in the train station, you could also have a custom metro map of the rail system for the Minifigures.
Amazing, you did a wonderful job👏
Awesome, you should build trams for the lines that go next to cars so it looks more city-like :D
The track is looking pretty dang clean
This has been a long time coming glad to see u complete it
