I already subscribed to your channel a while back because I get to see the most professional videos just the way you show San Antonio is perfect. I never get tired of San Antonio my fiancee lives all her life there and I'm going to move there sometime next year . The first time I got there I was amazed by the numerous things this city has to offer for everyone. Not just downtown is beautiful . Many beautiful parks, the Missions, the beginning of Texas Hill Country is right up in the north, close to Austin and Houston , only 2 hours away from the Gulf of Mexico, less than an hour away from Canyon and Medina lake, theme parks , German towns and a lot more. This city spends so much money on maintaining infrastructure and developing for tourism and their own people. Best TexMex food you'll find in SA. Some southern suburbs aren't really worth showing but every major city has these kind of neighborhoods. Are you from Texas because you have quite a few videos from it
I really appreciate you showing off different cities, San Antonio is my city and I feel a sense of pride when I see these videos of my city, they look so good
Shout out from Hawaii. I grew up in SA in the 1950/60s. My mother grew up there in the 1930/40s. Where you grow up has that effect of calling you home sometimes, even though for me, I left fifty years ago. This walk was certainly a stroll down memory lane. Thank you. 🌸
Thank you for giving me the opportunity to have virtual walks in Texas 😍 I dream to live there some day and watching your videos is a motivation booster 🙂
Out of all the walking videos that I do this is my very favorite one. Today it is -25C with the windchill and to see all this glorious sunshine, beautiful greenery and water is lovely. Thank you for posting.
It is beautiful to walk through this park in San Antonio, as it is a touristic place well preserved by nature and cleanliness. I am commenting on your videos here in Brazil, which by the way do not know the United States. I congratulate him!
Now you got me wanting to go back to San Antonio, I've been to San Antonio many times over. I would like to move there one day. I just wish you would have talked on your video, but still great video.
You can tell this was during the height of Covid. Those areas usually have more foot traffic. Beautiful footage of the plants flowers and trees along the river
I live in the Pearl area and walk my dog every day. BTW in the beginning of the video in the Pearl area, the duck with the red wattle around the bill, my kids and I call him Fred for the last year. Lol
If the title was "guess where"? and edited out a few of the US reference points, people would be guessing where in Mexico or South America this was. How could you not have a good time there? At night there are a million little lights everywhere. When the Alamo Bowl is played, the school's marching bands and cheerleaders fill those boats and stone amphitheater steps. Just so you know, I have seen a few folks drunk start to windmill and fall into the river. Luckily it is only a little higher than waist deep.
On the cut-off channel the depth is shallow, however the main canal is deep and should be respected... sadly many people have drowned after having too many drinks, carrying on and falling in.
The vegetation on the Riverwalk is green all year. However this year we had a freak snowstorm that killed most of our tropical vegetation. It gets cold every winter however 8 degree lows and several days below freezing temperatures were too much for our tropical plants this year. :(
San Antonio attracts nearly 40 million annual visitors making it the most visited City in Texas and one of the most popular destinations in America. Not to mention nearly 3 million people call it home.

San Antonio is truly the most beautiful city in Texas
Yes it is! I've never even been there but by this video alone I can tell.
It's also the most segregated city in america by economics.

Shout out from pleasanton. About 30 minutes south of you.
Wow, that's one long river walk. I wonder how far it goes after you pass the tourist part at the 2nd flood gate
its really pretty. Want to visit sometime. How late in the year will the vegetation be so lush?

My memory isn't as good as I remember it to be...apparently. 1982 was a long time ago; some changes have been made and there are some ongoing I see.
What month of the year was this filmed? Very beautiful ❤️
October
Was just in San antonio at the riverwalk. Looked very dated and rundown. The whole city looked pretty bad. Used to be much nicer and cleaner.
