It's 3 am and by pure chance I found your channel, I watch some of your videos, your talent is amazing , I would like to learn how to do that one day, of course I subscribed , thanks for your videos
Hey Espen, I guess its a sort of niche thing to subscribe into, I'm not sure. We're getting there though. Subscribers creep up by 10 or 20 each day, so getting there :) thanks for watching!
I don't think it's a niche thing. Sure, sculptures of your size is a niche, but sculpting and prop-making using casts isn't. As late as yesterday I saw a youtuber with 400 000 subscribers (I like to make stuff) casting his own head. His atempt wasn't all that sucessful, and I would imagine he would have better results if he had seen some of your videos first. so I think you have the potential for a huge following.
Trying to follow and learn, I didn't understand the 2 molds. The pink rubber one was pulled off the hardened piece and placed in a perfectly fit second outer mold? fiber glass?
Ron Haight silicone rubber was put onto the clay first in multiple layers. Then a fibreglass jacket was put on top of the rubber once its gone off, and left to set, so that the rubber has a hard shell to sit into.
Always grateful when you share your process, but it is hard to qualify "success" here, as the time frame of need and budget are unknowns. Aesthetically? Unfortunate.
Your creation are incredible. MORE MORE MORE! Please!
Thanks Will :D we'll keep them coming
