    The dance makes the video. Love the cactus but I think I watch it for the dance.

    Love the dances and the prickly pear. It grows wild here in Texas! I have it on my farm.

    Bro, how do you keep the studio so clean? Even when I do smaller projects with foam it looks like a crime scene.

    Can anyone recommend a company that ships polysterene internationally?

      @AdenHynesSculptureStudios  2 года назад

      I don't think that would be recommended at all. The sheer size of the delivery would cost an absolute fortune.

    What kind of water based plaster render was used here? Thanks

    • @AdenHynesSculptureStudios
      @AdenHynesSculptureStudios  7 лет назад

      xavier zeus aringo A water based plaster is the type of water based plaster it is lol. You can probably buy it in tubs from home construction stores. Just a thick wet sort of water based plaster paste

    The name cactus is too general. That sculpture represents a "Nopal" Opuntia spp. A paddle is known as Penca and the fruit is a Tuna.

    • @AdenHynesSculptureStudios
      @AdenHynesSculptureStudios  3 года назад

      At first glance, the majority of the population probably wouldn't know what a nopal is, so we just called it cactus

    I always feel so guilty by watching this kind of material, which is so polluting and damaging for the environment. It is just a terrible material. The work, on the other side is beautiful!

    • @slipperydick
      @slipperydick 5 лет назад

      But at least the waste can be recycled and made into other materials (like coat hangers etc)
