Creating a giant BiC EZ Reach Lighter, commissioned by 20ten for a promotional giveaway in King's Cross Station, London. Carved from polystyrene, moulded and cast in glass fibre, the 2.5m tall lighter was artworked on location by RUDE Studio.

It seems like you could sculpt anything. Do you make pieces that haven't been ordered? You could make sculptures of popular new or classic cartoon characters. Anything that already has a huge fan base or is particularly relevant.
Thats my two cents.

I've been sculpting Styrofoam for years. Have you ever tried using a curry comb? The steal tool used to brush horses hair it really works good, People don't realize how many armstrokes it takes to finish a sculpture.
