A very good video there and a really nice setup you have, looks good but as luck would have it finances prevents me from that, so I guess I'll just stick with my old poncho and poncho liner that I've had since I left the army in 73. Hi mate, yes totally understand in what direction to go with, lightweight gear which is good for them long hikes in but may not last as well or the heavy stuff which work great if you are only walking not to far into camp. Over the years I have collected enough gear to cater for both situations or set ups. Thanks

Interesting bedroll system, I’ve a Thornhill Ultra Heavy sack similar.
Not something you would want to carry on a hike/camp.
