If I don't want parking mode at all, can I ignore (not connect) the B+ yellow wire and connect only the ACC red wire to ACC fuse and ground? Can you please check this if possible?
More easier solution is to 'turn off' the parking mode via settings, if you don't want parking mode at all! You can always re enable it when required with the simple click of a button.
My biggest problem is just knowing what fuse to hook it to under the hood. On the cam wires it says 15A but under the hood their is only a couple 15a fuses like Deicer.. under the steering wheel there is a couple 15A but its like wiper or washer.
Your videos are truly helpful, you have gained a new subscriber sir. I am looking to buy the Redtiger F17 to hardwire for parking mode and have some questions if you can please provide the information. 1. Can you please provide a link to a good ODB2 cable with true voltage protection for use in park mode? 2. If used in park mode for more than 1-2 days, will it drain the battery? How long can it be left until the car is being turned on again? 3. And if so, can the park mode be disabled to stop recording and stop draining the battery? Thank you.
1. There is no OBD2 kit for redtiger as far as I know. Only regular fuse tap based hardwire kit. Check here: amzn.to/3XBdF3t 2. Doesn't matter how long you leave the car with hardwire kit. The hardwire kit gets battery protection feature which automatically turns off the power to the dashcam once it reaches the pre set voltage. 3. Parking mode can be disabled via the on screen settings/app settings. Alternatively, just disconnecting the wire also disables parking monitoring.
@@traveltechyoutube Thank you so much for this information. I will have to get the hardwire kit for the camera now. I have a Glanza (Baleno) car, can you please also advise exactly to which fuse ports I can hardwire the dashcam for this car?
If you could help me getting information about recently i installed it by a workshop mechanic , now as i see , yes , there is a option available for parking mode but as soon as i turn of the car the cam turn off and i dont see anything that recorded even if the mode was on. Could tell me whats wrong and what should i do next? Thanks
Ive bought F7nt along with the HW kit,can i use the horn fuse slot for this kit ? mine is etios Liva and i dont see an ACC option in this. is it ok to connect directly to the battery with a fuse otherwise ?
Horn fuse is a VCC slot, since it always has power even when car is off. There won't be a specific 'ACC' option in the fuse box. You just need to identify any fuse which has no power when car is off, such as power windows, or music system etc.
I installed hardwire with my f9 camera but when i parked the and than i check recording its done but when i play the vedio speed is very very fast why ?can u plz help
The 'fast' video is called 'timelpase video'. It means the camera records at 1 frame per second and compresses 30 minute video into 1 minute. This is normal. All dashcams record in parking mode like this.
Sir car Android ki wiring me hardwire kit ki B+ ACC aur GND connect kar den to thik rahega?

@@traveltechyoutube I just found out that you can connect both yellow wire and red wire to ACC fuse in order to turn off parking mode completely.
Sure. Go ahead.
@@donythomas7you saved me tons of research. Thanks
Do talk about warranty and insurance coverages if hardiwiring is done !
Sure. Will try!
@@traveltechyoutubehey can u give the product link of hard wire kit for redtiger F7NT 4K dascham
Here: amzn.to/3YFnQWD
@@traveltechyoutube btw which is better redtiger f17 triple camera or f7nt dual camera
3 cameras are always better than 2. So F17 should be your choice.

Not necessary to match the exact fuse amps.

OBD Hardwire kit is not feasible?
As Parking Mode will be utilizing battery in the off condition as well. Any chance of car battery becoming dead?
Hardwiring kits have battery protection feature which cuts power once pre set voltage is reached. Hence battery won't be dead.

Recheck the wiring done by the mechanic.

OBD2 kit is definitely more convenient and easy to use than regular hardwiring kit
