Man, I have been watching a lot of your videos lately, and you are killing it with the weight loss man! Also, thanks for the awesome instruction, I feel like I'm getting more consistent with my standstills and 1 step shots, and might start to try an x step.
I like this “how to throw specific types of shots” series. Could you cover max distance backhand lines? Anhyzer in general is a challenge, particularly keeping the nose down, bracing properly, etc. Thanks for all you do!
Balancing lofting (giving it height, so it has height to use the turn) a disc with keeping it nose down, so it doesn't stall out really is super tricky for me. Get it right and you can really bomb, get it wrong and I lose like 50-70' (240-260' off my normal distance, get it right and my normal 300-330' becomes more like 360-390'.
For me the most helpful tutorials so far. Combination of clear instruction and example is awesome. If you would add some disc preferences that work for the shots you enter teacher god mode. Thanks from Germany!!!
One of the best bogey-to-birdie shots, especially with the forehand where the forced roller is a much easier to execute and allows for very long rolls with overstable discs.
Excellent explanation of the roller. My favorite driver is a sidewinder bc it is so versatile and naturally a good roller when thrown correctly. I am now curious to try with stable and overstable discs to see their reaction as well. Thanks!
This stability, is it going off the flight numbers? Cause I have a bunch of things that are like -1 stability ... But they are so beat in they make my 148 gram beat in dx leopard look stable and those ones never roll stamp side, while my aforementioned leopard normally curls stamp side.
Not sure I agree with with the hyzer being a more powerful shot than anhyzer if done correctly. Eagle set the speed record for backhand at 86 mph throwing anhyzer roller with a PD2.
Crank it up to 4k 😂 yeah. That was my bad. Thought that I had added zoom in post on all shots. Missed this one lol. But at least you got the follow flights :)
@@OverthrowDiscGolf Oh wow, I guess I just learned a new phrase. I just thought it was Josh memeing, saying English instead of angle or something. Great content, keep it up!
Shoutout to our European friends. Dropping this so you get to see it first thing in the morning for a change.
Thank you! ☕
Thanks from Finland!
Much appreciated ❤
Warm regards,

I can't believe how many times we got to watch Josh throw in this video!
Unbelievable
I absolutely love the tracking lines when you were putting down the rollers. So much easier to see. Tyvm. 😁

I second this, anhyzer shots
Always funny when you come across courses that despise rollers. Thanks for the info sir!
ROLLERS!! YES! Love the Disc trace and the examples and demos where to use them👊🏻TY!
I think its a very nice touch to see you actually throwing a shot on the course. Also the follow flight graphics were very dope

I have a significantly better understanding of throwing rollers than I did 9 minutes ago. It's a keeper. Smash.
Well done guys. Really loved the overhead view.
Another great demonstration. Thanks Josh!

I noticed that you have dropped significant weight. Awesome! Keep it up. You have to be getting around courses much easier and feel better overall.
i wonder how many people think that Falling creek is like 10min from LC. Great video! thanks for helping with something no one ever addresses
Haha. That would be funny. Glad you know how many different film sessions there were for this lol
Best roller video-excellent!
My 6yr old throws a fantastic flick roller with a 158gr tl3. His flick roller in general is solid. Im quite jealous of it.
Thank you, and great job.
Love you guys and your content! ❤
Yup need this !❤
Thanks for the tips
Gotta love the dangle...
YAY!!! Thanks for the relevant update
Great stuff

Mostly off of flight numbers, yes. The 148 leopard should flip stamp side
“Body English”

Didn’t say the hyzer was more powerful. Was saying you get into a normal throwing position with body tilt versus a drop hip or leaning back
What do you call it when you just throw into the ground for a roller because you are playing from jail and have no air shot at all?
I think that’s the jail roller
You're looking good man. I need to lose a few lbs.
So don’t overuse rollers primarily because of the body damage it can cause, pulling muscles, etc. or did I miss another point?
They just aren’t high percentage in most cases
Don't think I didn't notice what you guys did with the background music...
Drink responsibly. Haha. I don't throw rollers before 9am.
I can’t throw rollers but was born to row throllers.
Man, c’mon Mikey …. zoom in so we can see the roll 😅😐. Edit… just the first few were rough. Excellent job on the rest (never doubted you)
"Watch this"....cries in 720p mobile as disc is invisible after 200 feet

Is noone going to mention "body english"?
What about it?
