Yes, I love that! I wouldn't mind if they actually ended up together, but I truly appreciate that the director and writers decided to go with the friendship route. They became such good friends to the point of owning a bar together, and they're still okay with the jokes about them being an item. It's just so refreshing to see.

This episode was all about things coming full circle from Wai working at a bar to owning his own bar, to the guitar pick Pat made Pran, to Uncle Tong's wise words coming into play, to Wai and Korn going from enemies to friends, to them pausing to look at each other before they went back home and repeating the same words as episode 11..... everything about these 15 minutes just felt like a cleansing and healing process after the heartache of episode 11
Uncle Tong's wise words made them realise and understand things better. It also helped them find out a solution to stay together and also let their parents be happy.
Pat reminding pran about headphones and pran giving his tshirt because he knows pat loves his smell is just so cute too me , wai having his own bar with korn remembering the time when wai had struggles with money and hated korn now they are flirting 😭 . Everyone grew up so well
Ok I had to come back to talk about 5:17 because it's subtle, but so so so important. The fact that Pat and Pran had a place that they could go to celebrate their graduation together, with someone who felt like a parental figure or mentor, even if he wasn't either of their actual parents, is so key and such a good representation of what LGBTQ+ folks go through. Found family as a proxy for our actual families is so critical especially during life milestones, and so many folks either get cut off from their family entirely or they hide parts of who they are in order to not lose them, and so having people who we can celebrate our milestones with while still being our full selves (whether that means attending with our partners, embodying a particular gender identity or gender expression, or even just knowing that the person loves and accepts us wholly) is critical to our survival. This moment made me cry 💕 I was also really moved by the fact that this time Pat and Pran have learned to trust themselves, one another, and their good friends, and so not going through hiding their relationship alone makes it bearable. Having space and moments to be out and feel seen is so critical, and it really can make the difference between being able to tide you over or you just imploding. Moments and decisions like this are so relatable and real, and it makes me so glad once again that P'Aof directed this series 💕

My Grandfather also does "inhaling cheeks" to us (grandchildren) whenever we visit him and before we go home. During my first watch, I also laughed that they were being dramatic..but later I felt that it was still kinda sad for them tho! It's great that they didn't break up but still, they knew from that point they'll be in an exhausting relationship, constantly hiding & being on guard, which Pran mentioned to Wai that that's the kind of relationship he dislikes, on the other hand, Pat is someone who always wants to show off their relationship to the world. They just had the taste of freedom on that island, so going back to a new reality was bound to make them emotional!
This is the first time I have ever felt that a bl is this natural, consent kings, no toxic relationships, no awkward acting , no forced skin ship . Pat and pran are like your regular university guys who has troubles in their life, just like we all do but their troubles are inter linked , that they both share same traumas somewhere deep within. That's the bond. It's not the love at first sight, the soulmate you find at a random party but instead it's the I can rely on you even when my eyes are closed type bonding. As pran quotes pat gives him freedom and for pat, pran is someone who accepts his crazyness entirely. Re watched all the episodes successfully. Never did this before. ok but i love it how korn and wai ended up with their own relationship, not like many fans want to or many stories out there where the side chara ended up being together for the sake of not letting a whole gang out of the circle. a lot of time that thing is unrealistic and feels forced bcs everyone has their own way, and not every closeness needs to be ended as romantic ! good they just ended up as friends.

I'm not ready to say goodbye yet this series was a life-changing experience and I ain't exaggerating pat and pran made me happier I watched their relationship develop every week like a mother watching her child growing I went through every type of emotion with them and it all thanks to the brilliant performances by the outstanding ohm and nanon , I've watched literally almost every bl out there and a few have left such deep mark in my heart these two were really invested in their characters to the point I forgot it's just a series so many new actors do bl cuz it's an easy way of getting famous and alot forget to give the characters justice but ohmnanon gave their EVERYTHING to these characters they BECAME pat and pran .. thank you to the writer , director and every member of the bad buddy crew y'all fr made a masterpiece that will forever be remembered

Uncle Tong's wise words made them realise and understand things better. It also helped them find out a solution to stay together and also let their parents be happy.

Ok I had to come back to talk about 5:17 because it's subtle, but so so so important. The fact that Pat and Pran had a place that they could go to celebrate their graduation together, with someone who felt like a parental figure or mentor, even if he wasn't either of their actual parents, is so key and such a good representation of what LGBTQ+ folks go through. Found family as a proxy for our actual families is so critical especially during life milestones, and so many folks either get cut off from their family entirely or they hide parts of who they are in order to not lose them, and so having people who we can celebrate our milestones with while still being our full selves (whether that means attending with our partners, embodying a particular gender identity or gender expression, or even just knowing that the person loves and accepts us wholly) is critical to our survival. This moment made me cry 💕
I was also really moved by the fact that this time Pat and Pran have learned to trust themselves, one another, and their good friends, and so not going through hiding their relationship alone makes it bearable. Having space and moments to be out and feel seen is so critical, and it really can make the difference between being able to tide you over or you just imploding. Moments and decisions like this are so relatable and real, and it makes me so glad once again that P'Aof directed this series 💕

During my first watch, I also laughed that they were being dramatic..but later I felt that it was still kinda sad for them tho! It's great that they didn't break up but still, they knew from that point they'll be in an exhausting relationship, constantly hiding & being on guard, which Pran mentioned to Wai that that's the kind of relationship he dislikes, on the other hand, Pat is someone who always wants to show off their relationship to the world. They just had the taste of freedom on that island, so going back to a new reality was bound to make them emotional!

personally, I love the scene from 11:54 super much. Pat can't help showing off his boyfriend to juniors, because they are some random strangers and they both don't need to hide anything. Then there is Pran who can't help smiling to Pat because he is in deep love hahaha
They're a pair of scammers! They've fooled us, fooled their parents, fooled their classmates... and I love them. ❤️ For a moment I forgot Bad Buddy is about ditching recurring BL tropes but I must admit I wouldn't be too mad about WaiKorn. I still have issues with both and their past behaviour, but they would be a good-looking couple. They seem compatible too!
