As a Sooner I really believe Riley is a great fit for USC. His move surprised me but didn’t shock me. Caleb following wasn’t a surprise at all. He’s a great kid with a bright future. I really wish the best for everyone that left Norman. The reason I give grace rather than spew spite is because I believe OU needed a different philosophy and structure heading into the SEC and like Caleb truly believe it all worked out best for everyone involved.
I am a life long Trojan fan that over the years enjoyed and rooted for the Sooners as long as they were not playing USC. Everyone has been going nuts on both sides since Riley had Williams became Trojans and you are one of the few that football wise spoke like a true fan of the sport. I agree with you and I expect both programs to be in the running for many National Championships over the next 10 years. Good luck to those Sooners this year and FIGHT ON.

Riley on the other hand…he handled things horribly and gets paid millions of dollars so I don’t feel the same way about him.

OU definitely did not upgrade at QB. If your fan base felt they are better off without Lincoln Riley and Caleb Williams, you would not be trolling every USC news you can find. As a USC fan, I could care less about OU, and never follow your team. My experience is that SC always whipped OU.

We picked up Dillion Gabriel a day or two before he made his decision to go to USC. He wanted OU to sit and wait for him but of course no one is bigger than the program!

I was bummed out when Jaxson Dart transferred because USC qbs from past seasons were having bad luck with injuries and he showed flashes of being good early, when the news broke we got Lincoln Riley as our new hc I was hyped from the jump 💯. Getting Caleb Williams to follow him was a blessing in disguise, he's came into SoCal like a true competitive qb who wants to lead his new team and win now! The Trojan fanbase is fully behind this young goat ✌🏽 he's gonna leave his mark at USC before he goes to the draft no doubt in my mind.

The funny thing is OU has had pretty much more than 20 years to win a natty. They never got hit with sanctions, never had anything derail their program. Even stole California recruits in the process. And what did OU end up doin?

Oklahoma and USC haven't won a Natty since the early 2000s. So what's the difference?? 14 conference titles 4 Heisman trophy's... Winning game's against Texas. Won all 4 BCS bowls at least once during the BCS era. Orange Rose Fiesta and Sugar. Oh and never going 4-8 during that time period
