- Well here it is! While the wait for the V4R counts down were going to have some fun with this V4! I never thought I'd be pulling the trigger on another bike before the V4R came but I was presented a good opportunity and took it. I already love this bike so much and I'm trying to find ways to possibly keep the Bayliss, the V4, and the V4R. Was just at the Ducati factory in Bologna on Thursday on vacation (I’m a Ducatista as well). No V4Rs that I could see anywhere in the factory tour.

I just picked up a V4 SP2 and haven’t had a chance to ride it because of the weather. We will see, not a big fan of Ducatis since my 2014 Superlagerra. Been on BMWs mostly.
@@ccc-qo6ls I'm actually a big fan of Aprilia, I had the 2016 aprilia rsv4 rf. Amazing bike on the track. Mostly raced at streets of willow, and fontana. But I kept having hip flexor pain because I'm too tall for the triangle.

Man after my own dreams! I've got a 2022 Bayliss sitting in my garage in Houston. I'm thinking of getting a V4 SP2 in the next few years! Excited to see what you think of the V4R. I ride COTA and my friends who have tracked the previous gen R and say it's a different beast... You'll be at 12k+ in 2nd when you'd normally be riding third gear out of a corner exit because of high rpm hp.
It looks like you've got a good taste in motorcycles I'd say! One of my goals next year is to make it to COTA somehow, that's way to cool that's your home track. I actually tried to order an SP2 but I got turned down since they were all sold out, but my idea is take this base V4 and build it into a V4R V4SP2 hybrid thing. I'll be sure to let you know when it comes how different it is! Maybe I'll see ya at COTA with it!

I thought so, too, but he says he bought it in the meantime, while the V4r arrives. Talk about people who work for their dreams. I don't know the dude personally, but I'm happy for him.
