@meade916 those nutserts are the best thing since sliced bread. I bought the tool and nutsert assortment last year and it made future removal of equipment and racks easy. This install keeps getting better and better. Great job so far brother!

that damn HDPE bro...once you machine it it tends to warp a little over large spans like this. It happened here because of that leveling bar i put in the trunk. When i lift the platform up to level it, it stresses it in the middle causing it to curl some. No big deal i think i go it. Thanks Ron!!! you are always one of the most supportive out there. I appreciate ya even if i don't say it enough! :)
the computer stuff is definitely not boring, I sometimes wish for a tutorials on your computer work, we usually just see the finished product and not the process!

Those nutcerts are great. I got 1 as well. I'll be using it to hang door panels and mount my air suspension tank and compressors
