I love this model. It's staged wonderfully so people can really see the potential. I would make the little nook in the hallway into some linen storage and also add double racks in each closet and a door for the master closet. This home is super cute. Thanks so much for sharing!

Will, this house 🏠🏡, has everything that you can ask for!! Everything is on one floor, that good for someone who doesn't like going up and down the stairs!! I like the Bedrooms are on opposite sides of the 🏠🏡!! The Kitchen, The Laundry Room, and The Bathrooms, are simply adorable!! It's just a super, single home, with lots of features and designs!! Thank you for everything you do, by sharing these homes with us!!
The white tape and texture walls sure make it bright and cheerful. It sure beats the old days when paneling ruled the mobile home world. I really like this home a lot. The only thing that bugs me is the kitchen island. In my opinion, islands don't belong in single wides unless there is a dedicated dining space for a table and chairs. Not everyone wants to sit at a bar to have their dinner, especially if it's the holidays.
This is a very beautiful home..Love the CV olits and decor..The floor plan is nice. .That window above the kitchen sink is a Major Plus...Id take tge island out to be able to put a dining room table... AnitaMareeFromSouthCarolina 😊🌻☀️🌼🌞😄

It's a cute place. If it had 2 bedrooms the living space could be larger, but it works the way it is. Love all the windows.

This one is perfectly cute Will. I wouldn't change a thing in it. The only downside is they don't give you plumbing access for the showers anymore
