Kataware Doki - Kimi No Na Wa (Theishter Arr.)

I'm a big fan of the Shinkai movies, in part because of their story and animation quality, but also because of how amazing each one's soundtrack is. I've heard people joke that the first movie, Kimi no Na was (Your Name), is really just one big music video for Radwimps, and man does it feel like it sometimes. The whole movie is packed with one amazing song after another. Though less famous, I thought Kataware Doki would be a nice, and relatively simple piece to learn for piano and so I eventually settled on ‪@TehIshter‬'s arrangement.
I love the range of dynamics in this piece and the fun cross-hand technique during the second verse. That said, I think my favorite part of the piece was 2:43 since the left hand has such a nice flowing rhythm and sounds so beautiful.
Overall, I feel like my performance was ok, though my phrasing definitely could've been better in some parts. I did intentionally change the tempo in a few places to add, in my opinion, a bit more emotion.
Lastly, for those that don't know, Kataware Doki, is just an instrumental piece with no lyrics of its own. I'd like to shoutout ‪@nyatsunemiku‬ for their prior work on writing lyrics for the piece. I used quite a bit of their lyrics but also changed a few things here and there, and added some of my own lines to fit the piece to my liking a bit more.
