Just an observation Mike, but.youre not marking the spaces enough to force the AI to misplace a pass. You have to mark aggressively, I generally played this version much more defensively, it was a very tactical PES.
You also play a lot of central 1-2s in congested areas. The AI will press you where it feels you'll focus passing. Best tip I was ever given was use marking more and change your formations based on who you're playing. Or use fluid systems that confuse the AI.

Taking off mouth ulcers, I had loads of them at the same time back in 2016. They were horrible. I could only eat yoghurt as it hurt so much. I had antibiotics in the end as they became infected. Cleaning my teeth was tough too. Hope you feel better soon. I always enjoy watching your videos

Thank you mate, I really appreciate the kind words. Ulcers are awful, and they get worst when I don't get enough sleep - and I'm not getting much sleep, because I'm unwell! It's a circle of MEH! Haha

Hey Chorizo get some zinc and magnesium in your system. Great for mouth ulcers. Also gargle some milk of magnesium and put some on the ulcers. Up the fish, bananas and artichoke in your diet. Get well soon buddy.

Live service games have definitey out stayed their welcome but I still think they have a little time left in them but I think we are seeing the end of them as people can see through the money grabbing poor content

Thanks MrGav! Yeah agree re: Live Service games, there will always be people willing to spend time and money on them. If enough gamers stopped playing them, the developers would be forced to actually make good video games again of course.

Horta is disrespected, he is a key reason for UCL group stage and he is always on the bench(perhaps he is the Malaga Trossard), but change of formation might help. Try a 4-2-4 with Amrabat and Horta on wings, Bojan as SS and Elmander as ST or put Horta on the wing and Bojan as SS for Elmander. Also day 2 of asking Ward-Prowse to Malaga and basically headers in this PES are hard to score, so don't try putting many crosses in.
