Sorry for the slow reply - I got both the projector kit and the effects from AtmosFx.com. The screen is really sheer fabric from Hobby Lobby; the projector kit came with vinyl material (almost like a shower curtain), but it was way too small for a double window - there are tons of youtube videos about making your own (even on the AtmosFX website).
I'd say it's pretty dang close - I'm really happy with it. Because of the space limitations (you can see there isn't a lot of side room to the window, and the window goes to within inches of the floor), I can't really hide the projector off-angle or as low as much as I'd like, so in a few spots outside you can see the bright light, but by in large, it looks pretty cool - especially from a distance. I'm also using a homemade screen made with fabric instead of the official stuff, so a different fabric might also make it even better.
I bought the HD projector kit, which came with a wide assortment of effects. The screen is home-made; just a really sheer, nearly transparent material from Hobby Lobby. A sheet might work, but it needs to be really thin. One of the kinds that AtmosFX sells - and that comes with the projection kit but is too small for a double window like here - actually reminds me of a translucent vinyl shower curtain.
It's lit fam
In love with the dog!!! :) Great decoration though!
Did you try projecting from within the house? Or this was all projection from outside?
That’s awesome to watch, great show can you remember what you bought and where from, the ghosts effects
