What is mandamus from your talk we could easily conclude. It’s a piece of chocolate or some kind of legal move. What is it?
It should not require an act of Congress to remove a judge who was appointed by a party to the action.
I suspect that separation of powers would come up. We generally don't want judges to be appointed and removed from cases because of the needs or desires of the executive branch.

She was nominated by Trump (via the Federalist Society), but was *approved* by Congress. That’s why it takes an “act of Congress” to remove her. Every Dem who lazily voted Aye needs to be held to account.
It takes impeachment -- that's TWO acts of Congress: impeachment by the House; conviction in the Senate. She could then be tried...or perhaps she could simply lose her law license!

Cannon put herself in the corner. She has no one to blame but herself. When Jack Smith files Mandamus with the Circuit Court, he’ll have a body of evidence months in the making. Between all of her paperless orders and non-rulings on motions before her, on top of her clear, avoidable errors, it should be an easy review for the 11th Circuit.
