If you are going to niseko then I hope you like food trucks and eating outdoors as all restaurants in Niseko have apparently been booked out at least a year in advance.
The first food truck area is tucked away in yotei-zaka St heading away from the ski slops, and the other one is on the street perpendicular to it. You won't miss the second spot.

When did you travel? All cash or you can use a card?
We travelled in Feb and used all cash for the food trucks.
I'll have to give th food trucks a better go this time round!
