- This is a short video from my visit to the Colne Valley Railway. It is a roughly 0.75 mile line in northern Essex. Whilst it is a very short line and is mostly a graveyard of old EMUs and HSTs, it is a quaint little line with some great facilities such as a model railway, miniature railway, small museum and a shop/café area. If you visit, I recommend combining it with the East Anglia Railway museum because you do not need to spend the whole day on this, dare I call it, line! Running was an Andrew Barclay 0-6-0 saddle tank and a Class 121 "bubble car".
Please share the video and give me feedback.
hi. looks a great little railway but HSTs on such a small line not feasable. love the 121,
I agree. The HSTs need to be on somewhere much longer.
Sorry you thought it was a bit of a graveyard, we’re trying our best! Hopefully you enjoyed the day 🙂
I enjoyed the day! Quite a lot to do for a rather small railway. I hope all that rolling stock gets restored one day.
@@AnythingOnRails think my last comment got withheld but glad you enjoyed 🙂
