The fact that I literally just finished making the flowers from the last video to give to my friend for Valentine’s Day and then this gets posted is quite the coincidence

how long did it take you?
@@leylayurtsever8127 tbh, I think the hot gluing part took more time then the actual making of the bits. I think about 2 days for 5 lavender and 4 daisies but it’s different for everyone
WRITTEN PATTERN FOR THE ROSE:
•small petals (X3)
-make a magic ring/circle
-SC 6
-pull the tail of the magic ring and sl st the last St into the 1st St
-inc in every stich (12sts total)
-sl st the first and last Sts of that row and ch 1
-SC 1, inc (increase in every 2º stitch) (18sts total). SL st the 1st and last sts. ch 1
-SC 2, inc (in every 3rd St) (24sts total).sl st 1st and last sts and ch 1
-SC 3, inc (inc in every 4th st) (30sts total) . SL st 1st and last St and ch 4. Break the yarn with a long margin and create a knot
-weave in the yarn popping from the center of the petal, from the magic ring
Do this three times in order to get three of the small petals.
•big petals (x2)
-follow the pattern for the small ones
-sc 7, inc. SC 3, in. Sc 3, inc. Sc 3, inc. Sc 8
-ch 4 and do a triple crochet.
Do this once more to get two of the big petals.
You should have a total of five petals (3small and 2big)
•assembly
You can:
1-hot glue the petals as in 10:01
2-sew them with yarn and a darning needle
The most practical way is to hot glue the petals, but the second is also a great alternative for this who don't own a hot glue gun
Now you have the rose ready, it's time to change the yarn colour to green and star it's base.
•base
-ch 8. Connect 1st and last sts, creating a circle. Ch 1
-sc 1, inc (every second st)at the end of the row, SL st the first and last sts together and ch 1.
-sc the whole row
-now you start doing the spikes:
-ch 5
-sl st, SC, hdc, SC and connect to the base
Do as many spikes as you want.
You will put the base on the bottom of the rose, passing the chains fro nthe rose through the whole on the base ( 11:50 ) and hot glue it
Get your wire and cut it (make sure it's double stranded). Stick into your flower through the whole on the base and twist the green yarn around it. End with a knot and you're done!

Small Pad
1st: 6 sc in magic ring (6)
2nd: [INC] (12)
3rd: [sc, INC] (18)
4th: [2x sc, INC] (24)
5th: [3x sc, INC] (30)
In the end: chain up 3
Big Pad:
Add 6th row:
6th: 7 sc, INC, 3 sc, INC, 3 sc, INC, 3 sc, INC, 8 sc
In the end: chain up 3, 1 tc
Put together as in the video (10:00)
Socket
1st: chain up 8, connect last one to first (8)
2nd: [sc, INC] (12)
3rd: [sc] (12)
4th: [chain up 5, sl st, sc, hdc, sc, sl st in first, 2x sl st] 4x
put together as in the video

I've been crocheting for years but you make it seem just so carefree, I think that's been my problem just do it, what's the worse that could happen😄 Nice rose and simple too, learned from watching many roses video s the green part is called a sepal, that's as far as I got.♥️
