What Bloodlines? What part of the State are you in? I have a few Koy and Concharty In Delaware County. Love the videos! Congratulations on the addition to your herd.
The Black Spanish goats are all Syfans from Three Mills Ranch in Fredericksburg Texas. We’re in South Central OK. Thanks for commenting and watching!!😁😁
Just found your channel! Nice videos. I’ve got a herd of Spanish goats as well. Ours are the Kensing line. We’re up in Minnesota. I know the feeling of letting out a new set of goats and watching them run through wire! Not fun. How many Nannie’s are you running and where are you located? Spanish goats are awesome as far as being very low maintenance and easy keeping! Have a great day!
Hey!! I’ve watched some of your videos also!! I saw the one where you first got your goats. I’m must say being in the ranching business it was hard for me to watch….you were very calm and I was stressed for you🤣😂. After watching more of your videos I realized you never seem to get stressed. Nice 👍🏼. We are in south central Oklahoma. The Spanish are tough but they’re like the rest of our livestock. They need to be rotated for parasite control and forage utilization. I wish you guys were closer!! It’s nice to have people trying to accomplish the same thing for learning purposes.😁
@@addisonranch Awesome! Yeah we’re definitely in 2 different planets when it comes to environments but the principles are the same! You guys got a nice herd there. Would definitely be nice to meet ya some day. You ever go to the Spanish goat roundup thing that happens in Texas every year?
@@WholesomeFamilyFarms We haven’t but if it’s not during our hunting season and we knew you guys were coming we would just meet you guys there. When and where do they normally have it.
@@addisonranch usually around the beginning of September. I’d really like to go sometime but definitely wasn’t in the cards for us this year with everything going on.
@@WholesomeFamilyFarms That’s a rough time for me. Why don’t you drop me an email and let’s visit when it’s convenient for you. We manage very similar and it’s always good to have someone to bounce ideas off of. Brettaddison@yahoo.Com. Put WholesomeFamilyFarms in the subject line.
Thank you!! Spanish Nannies are extremely high right now. I won’t be selling any for a few years. I’m still trying to build our numbers. A starter herd is probably going to be around $350 per head…..I’m guessing. Thanks for watching the video!!😁😁
Congratulations this is spectacular to see the progress, learning with each video
Thanks that means the world!! If 1 person can learn from a mistake I made, then all of this is worth it.👍🏼👍🏼

Interducing LGDs to new LGDs is always a touchy situation.
I heard that!!
You did it just right by bringing them in with goats so they weren’t seen as possible predators. Way to think like a guardian dog

Thanks Mathew…yes, I’m just a little nervous 😳😳😳. However I’m a lot EXCITED!!!👊🏼👊🏼👊🏼
@@addisonranch you did a great job introducing the dogs I thought that would be a lot worse
@@matthewturner4441 thanks. I think they would have worked any issues out but it helped that I was there to encourage mine.😁😁
❤❤❤
Thanks Sally!!!
Dude, i thought was linked to bloating issues for goats. I know definitely where we from, we keep goats away from corn.
Grain will cause issues if you don’t increase slowly on the intake.
What state is your goat operation located in?
Oklahoma😁
How many goats fit in a semi ?
@@lustysteve1420 depends on how many decks they have. If they have a 4 decker they can haul around 400.
How many head in total now?
What breed of goat iare they. I guessed Spanish goat but idk..
Yes Spanish

👍👍👍👍👍♥️
All these goats originally originated from Africa ..
Really!?!? I was under the impression the Spaniards brought them to and turn them loose for food. I’m talking about the Spanish Goats.??????
But the black goats took advantage of the white goats, so they moved to the mountains in Europe…
Love your video, how much would you pay or sell a starter herd of about 4-5 does and a buck 🐐
