(I'm not joking either, I'm serious). Also, the 45 degree push-up are tougher to do for me. Wouldn't you agree?
This is excellent for practice. I weigh about 140 pounds and could do 60-75 at my own pace. When I started this push up test I could only do a mere 37.This ticked me off! I kept at it and improved at different increments. Went from 37-43, Then 43-47. I now can do 52 to this date. Very good as long as you keep at it once and awhile.

These are the kinds of things where lower #s should be tougher on you, and getting high #s on these slower pushups are SO MUCH HARDER then getting higher #s on regular paced push ups.
