Amanda Nekle it made my butt a bit bigger and it made me hips bigger too but i suggest you make your thoughts bigger too bc it doesn’t work the middle of the hips and thighs

Y'all I was literally shaped like spongebob lol but now my body is taking shape the more I take control 🙌🏾 I had to take medicine for my depression during quarantine and I gained some weight,I wasn't too happy with it but working out has really given me a sense of control and helped me mentally. Im saying this because when I watched this video and tried to do it for the first time i only got through the first maybe 4 minutes but after that, I ate a bag of chips and said to myself "at least I tried". We ALL start somewhere and that's okay, i worked myself up to doing it 4 times within my workout but it took time because i was new; keep yourself motivated and don't be discouraged, its perfectly fine to go at your own pace, we see the most results and the best results when we are truly kind to ourselves💖

I’ve been doing this workout for few months now and I just saw my sister for the first time in a couple months and she said my butt had gotten huge 😂 I didn’t even realize! It’s hard to tell when you’re looking at yourself everyday. Been doing this along with taking golden standard protein. Hang in there y’all! The results are real!
If any one is wondering if this workout brings results let me tell you it does miracles I’ve done this workout for a little over a month alternating from one day yes one day no and within the first weeks I saw changes and my hips are way more fuller now it also grew my glutes a little but I love this workout I started of doing it 1 once and progressively doing it more now I do it about 5-7 times a day adding ankle weights and a heavy booty band along with 15 pound dumbbells for the hip thrusts I would totally recommend doing this workout
Yess I think progressively going up in reps is much smarter because you’ll be encouraged as a beginner but the extra rep helps shock your body your not used to it so it’ll still show results

So far I have been doing this workout for a week and a half now. I do this workout every other day and go two rounds and use a medium/heavy resistance band. I have already started to see results! After a week I noticed my hips starting to grow. it is only by a couple of inches but seeing these results in only a week keeps me motivated! Just start the workout you won't regret it!

@@Layan-ud8wk if you have light bands start with that and if that’s too easy then move to the medium/heavy ones. I do recommend two rounds every other day because I feel like that’s enough. I am an athlete so I could handle jumping to the heavy resistance band but just listen to your body :)

please dont workout while fasting you will get dehydrated and its a huge risk, i made the mistake of working out while fasting for ramadan and felt dizzy and fatigued afterwards, you can workout at night after iftar (2-3h after, to let your body digest the food) cause there's no risk of dehydration

I've been doing this exercise with a resistance band (heavy) and ankle weights for a month and a half(5x a week). It definitely lessens the look of hip dips! I do other workouts as well, but Annabelle's is the best imo❤
Okay guys so I did this for a month every day (more or less, I skipped a few days when I was on my period, plus I ONLY did this ONCE a day and not three times), and I can see a difference already! Even my mom noticed that my old jeans look way more flattering now :) I used the heaviest band in the range by the way, so I always feel like one repeat is more than enough for me haha
@@sunshinex9399 Once a day definitely worked for me and yeah, it got bigger and also rounder! Honestly doing it three times as she says would probably do wonders but I'm too lazy haha. Oh and I also started eating more protein foods + drinking a protein drink every day too cause I've read that it helps to build the muscle. I'm not a specialist, but I see a difference from this so good luck!

This is from over 3-4 weeks ago. I will be doing this again because it really does truly work, loved results! Day 1: used my medium resistance band, only managed to do the video twice and I was dead Day 2: sore from yesterday, was going to have a rest day and do it tomorrow but thought I’ll have my rest day tomorrow instead. Only did the video once as I don’t want to overwork my already sore muscles. Day 3: rest day, wasn’t too sore Day 4: was too hot for me to work out today, thought I was gonna pass out and had 0 energy Day 5: feeling better today + not as hot so following the video wasn’t too hard, today was easier to do it and had the proper technique for it this time round so it was burning much more (but still easier to do). Following the video 3 times today. Day 6: had a very busy day with my mother Day 7: lowkey forgot Day 8: had guests round so couldn’t do anything Day 9: very early in the morning so I peacefully got on with my workouts, did it 3x today. Had more strength for the video and did the workouts more slow and controlled. Already made so much progress as well, hip dips are nearly gone! Day 10: BIRTHDAYYYY! Didn’t do anything cause I was celebrating Day 11: flight back to my home town, once again didn’t do anything. Day 12: pretty busy day today, filled with shopping with my grandma for food Day 13: procrastinated :( Day 14: we’re back on it! Honestly I only did it twice today because I was so exhausted after the first round anyway.

This workout works.. I did it for a few years before I got comfortable enough to lift and it made all the difference in my form and a lot more. Helped me learn how to target and focus on certain muscles. Currently starting from the bottom again and will be using this again. Trying to bulk big time this journey.

did this with my 30lb toddler on my legs lol, it was intense and it made the workout fun for both of us!
So far I have been doing this workout for a week and a half now. I do this workout every other day and go two rounds and use a medium/heavy resistance band. I have already started to see results! After a week I noticed my hips starting to grow. it is only by a couple of inches but seeing these results in only a week keeps me motivated! Just start the workout you won't regret it!
do you recommend me whos new to this workout and new to resistance bands to use medium or heavy straight away? and do i go two rounds?? i rlly wanna see results in a short time
@@Layan-ud8wk if you have light bands start with that and if that’s too easy then move to the medium/heavy ones. I do recommend two rounds every other day because I feel like that’s enough. I am an athlete so I could handle jumping to the heavy resistance band but just listen to your body :)

please dont workout while fasting you will get dehydrated and its a huge risk, i made the mistake of working out while fasting for ramadan and felt dizzy and fatigued afterwards, you can workout at night after iftar (2-3h after, to let your body digest the food) cause there's no risk of dehydration

its been week since i started this video and wow! I'm seeing a huge difference already. I do this workout twice and at the same time I do other exercises such sumo squats and I use ankle weights instead of bands.

I've been doing this exercise with a resistance band (heavy) and ankle weights for a month and a half(5x a week). It definitely lessens the look of hip dips! I do other workouts as well, but Annabelle's is the best imo❤
Side booty workout is the most painful work out for me to do. Hurts to sleep on my side once the workout is done .
Honestly I never quit anything else before the set is over. Besides side booty.

Okay guys so I did this for a month every day (more or less, I skipped a few days when I was on my period, plus I ONLY did this ONCE a day and not three times), and I can see a difference already! Even my mom noticed that my old jeans look way more flattering now :) I used the heaviest band in the range by the way, so I always feel like one repeat is more than enough for me haha
so if i use the heaviest band and do it once a day do u think i’ll see results?

@@sunshinex9399 Once a day definitely worked for me and yeah, it got bigger and also rounder! Honestly doing it three times as she says would probably do wonders but I'm too lazy haha. Oh and I also started eating more protein foods + drinking a protein drink every day too cause I've read that it helps to build the muscle. I'm not a specialist, but I see a difference from this so good luck!

This is from over 3-4 weeks ago. I will be doing this again because it really does truly work, loved results!
Day 1: used my medium resistance band, only managed to do the video twice and I was dead
Day 2: sore from yesterday, was going to have a rest day and do it tomorrow but thought I’ll have my rest day tomorrow instead. Only did the video once as I don’t want to overwork my already sore muscles.
Day 3: rest day, wasn’t too sore
Day 4: was too hot for me to work out today, thought I was gonna pass out and had 0 energy
Day 5: feeling better today + not as hot so following the video wasn’t too hard, today was easier to do it and had the proper technique for it this time round so it was burning much more (but still easier to do). Following the video 3 times today.
Day 6: had a very busy day with my mother
Day 7: lowkey forgot
Day 8: had guests round so couldn’t do anything
Day 9: very early in the morning so I peacefully got on with my workouts, did it 3x today. Had more strength for the video and did the workouts more slow and controlled. Already made so much progress as well, hip dips are nearly gone!
Day 10: BIRTHDAYYYY! Didn’t do anything cause I was celebrating
Day 11: flight back to my home town, once again didn’t do anything.
Day 12: pretty busy day today, filled with shopping with my grandma for food
Day 13: procrastinated :(
Day 14: we’re back on it! Honestly I only did it twice today because I was so exhausted after the first round anyway.

I ended up doing it 3 times cause I didnt have the time to do one more set, but lemme tell youuuu... it hit just right and that was so fun and quick to do.

I Johnson I did it every morning, after stretching, for a month. I saw amazing results. I come back to do this routine every now & then to refresh.

I’ve been doing this work out twice a day and I can feel my muscles burning!! I highly recommend doing this workout!!!
This workout works.. I did it for a few years before I got comfortable enough to lift and it made all the difference in my form and a lot more. Helped me learn how to target and focus on certain muscles. Currently starting from the bottom again and will be using this again. Trying to bulk big time this journey.

been doing this workout for about a month (along with a few other glute workouts from other videos), and listennnn!!! My family can see the difference, my friends even pointed out the difference. Diet is essential though, as I am also trying to gain weight while doing these workouts. High protein + consistency!!
Today I did this for the first time. I only did it once, but I have really heavy resistance band, so after the workout, I really feel the pain in my hips. And I really feel it where it is meant to feel. Tomorrow, Ill od it again and hopefully keep you guys updated.

Oke so its been 3 months now i've been doing this workout once to twice a week and it WORKSSS. I AM LOVINGG MY RESULTS😍. I am unable to do it 3× due to operated knee, but even doing it 1 to 2× twice a week as i have been doing gives amazing results. I use a medium band and i always have a protein shake after. Carolina Alcantara noooo about every 2-3 days , along with other booty workouts as well. You have to let your muscles repair again & you need to eat a lot of protein.
