Very nice explanations, thanks. But we need more, we need to know the quadrants labels accordingly to the reference used U or I. This course does not explain anything about how the position and name of the quadrants are changed depending on the chosen reference.
That's an interesting take. I've been testing relays since 1995 and never paid attention to quadrant labels until I had to write something about it. Why would this be useful to a relay tester?
Hi sir, I have a doubt ..i connected 2 pt in same phase.for example In R phase .Say the first PT output is 1S1 and 1S2 and the second PT output is 2S1 and 2S2 .and i measured the voltage between 1S1 and 2S1.and i got 126V .Actually the voltage should be zero.because the i connected both PT in same phase.but iam getting voltage ..so what should be the reason.kindly help me.Hope you will understand my question
That is weird. If I click on directly while logged in, it is fine. If I copy it and paste it in another browser, I do get a warning. The actual link is simple and correct. Google is adding a bunch of stuff to it that might be the problem, and there is nothing I can do about that. There is flash on that page, which may be the problem. But the course uses flash, so there's nothing i can do about that either.
Great video and hello Real Pars narrator!
