This is now one of my favorite meditation music on RUclips. Few days ago I was meditating. After the music ended I tried to wake up but ended up having a dream about waking up instead. Two more times I thought I was awake but ended up having a dream about waking up and doing unusual activities. After a third dream I realized I was lucid dreaming. Then I decided to try Astral projection for the first time. As soon as I had the idea my legs felt like they were on fire and then the vibration spread all over my body. I was excited, I leaned into it and then I felt like I was flying in the air. I tried to open my eyes and all I could see is the sun in my face. I knew I was finally out of my body because few seconds ago I was in bed, also it was still night when I started meditating. For some reason I couldn't feel my body so I kind of freaked out and that's when it all went black and then I was back. Still a bit shaken, it took a few seconds to feel my body again. At first when I tried to open my eyes it felt like I was fighting with my face, I just couldn't do it. I just had to be patient and then after a while I was able to move my hands. It was quite an experience.
