In my country we've been in quarantine since March 20th and I don't think that it's gonna be over in a lot of time so D: But the good side of it is that you have a lot of time to get on a diet or something and be comfortable with your body haha :) We have a lot of free time

Idk about you but I don't wear high rise bottoms because I look good in them, I wear them because I am self conscious and they have the most material for coverage

Sarah I’ve never wore one before growing in a Christian household & being told to wear a tshirt/shorts. Even though I work out & is fit. I can’t wait to wear one when we’re able to travel. Me & my cousin and her friends were planning on going to Cancun. It’s fine if we wait a year or so lol

When feeling self conscious, some thoughts that helps me are
1) everyone else is feeling self conscious and not paying attention to me
2) with razor burn/hair/etc, person thinks "oh, she has razor burn..." and that's literally it. Like it's just a factual thought, and then they move on and it's never a big deal.
why would everyone be feeling self concious?

Oh my gosh Yes! I was swimming with my camping friends once and I came up from jumping off the Lilly pad and my close friend screamed and said get under the water. I was like what? But I listened. My whole top was up so basically flashed everyone at the sand bar. 😳Moral of the story don't wear tie swim suits without knotting it 5 times.
