I think I found a small optimization in level 11 Could you not contact the forward moving laser for 2 frames before it gets cut off by the wall and still not die bc there are no other laser phases in the level This would allow you to be further to the right sooner, saving time?
Okay seriously now why did the TASers just come back a year after the whole red ball series got their TAS speedruns posted and kinda just saved one second off of this and vol.1

Well no because then you'll miss the box boost since you'll go too fast.
A new phase setup has been found in lvl 41, so you can ignore the transition speed loss

volume one hasn't had much but this got like 7 seconds saved. new stuff gets found all the time, we update it when we find new stuff
