All Mainline Red Ball Games Speedrun FWR in 28:44!
This is the conclusion of my return to Red Ball speedrunning this summer. I am looking forward to what the future will hold.

0:00 - Red Ball in 3:11.226
3:16 - Red Ball 2 in 7:50.800
11:11 - Red Ball 3 in 5:31.367
16:51 - Red Ball 4 Vol.1 in 3:06.867
20:00 - Red Ball 4 Vol.2 in 4:49.700
24:51 - Red Ball 4 Vol.3 in 4:14.667
This run marks the first sub 29 in this category's history, and it is also a huge Red Ball 1-3 PB of 16:33. Sub 28 is extremely doable, and I do plan to go for it some day. I can see sub 27 happening in the more distant future, but that is probably the last minute barrier that this category will ever see.

I am extremely pleased with this run! The sum of my Volumes 1-3 Personal Bests is only 20 seconds faster than this run. Run 1's Infinite Mode ranges from 5% to 99% difficulty, featuring randomly generated levels that have fewer tiles and grow in length as the difficulty increases. The difficulty normally goes up by 10% when you beat a level, but if you die, it only goes up by 5%. By intentionally dying at the start of the 5% level, the percentage route is: 5%, 10%, 20%, ..., 90%, 99%, instead of 5%, 15%, 25%, .....

This run was performed on a MiSTer (NES hardware emulator) with a Keychron keyboard. This setup offers console-level input delay with the reliability of a mechanical input device. This marks the final minute barrier that this category will ever see. I did still have a few deaths, but I am more than happy that I pulled off this run. I played every level at the top speed unlocked except for bonuses 4, 5, and 6 on runner.
