I bought one (XP-3100). It has given me nothing but trouble, mainly informing me that the ink cartridges are not recognised. Even put another new set of colours in and still it will not recognise them, they are the genuine article. I will be taking the printer back where I bought it ,throwing it in their bin and purchasing another printer (not an Epson).
