I have no paper jam and I have watched the video about how to change the ink but the cartridges are not moving when I hold the button for 10 secs so I cannot even get think out. No, please don't. Unless the instructions provided with the cartridges specifically ask you to, then it should be left as is. Your printer will need this film to keep a tight seal. The printer peirces a small hole automatically as it is inserted.

I think you just need to check settings, as when black is up it takes from the other colours and you just need to disallow that procedure to have a natural printer with all the colours.
Hello, The XP-2100 printer can take both standard capacity cartridges and XL capacity cartridges. The actual size of the cartridge remains the same, it's just the amount of ink inside that differs. I hope this helps. refreshcartridges.co.uk/epson-expression-home-xp-2100-ink-cartridges/
Sounds like a a portion of the printhead may be blocked. It is likely that the absence of another colour may be making the print appear yellow. Check out our videos on cleaning cycles and nozzle checks, I am confident it will help.
This printer should be absolutely fine with compatible cartridges, just as long as they are changed in this way. You may be warned that they are not genuine cartridges and have to give a prompt to continue, but nothing more. If the issues persist, then it is likely to be down to the cartridges themselves sadly and I can only recommend contacting your retailer.

I have this problem too. Fortunately, it now does not print yellow, magenta and cyan,After I cleaned the printer heads. I haven't had any luck with black yet...I hope you're printer will print after you tried cleaning the printer heads.
My printer is a steaming pile of shit. Spent a fortune on new genuine ink so I don't piss off the printer. Still not allowing me to print. Always Comes back saying it needs replacement or says it's busy. BUSY BEING USELESS.
Try cleaning the printer heads. Try it first with the program from youre pc. If that doesn't work, carefully clean the printer heads with a cloth. After I did this, my printer prints colors again.I just haven't got black working yet.
