My first 3 videos were rejected for onsite commission but I cannot find where they say the reason is for these rejections? Would you know where this is located? I went to "manage video" and not there. I hear people say it is next to the video but I don't see this. Thanks
This was the message I got from Amazon, but no exact reason: "Your videos were not approved to be featured on our product pages. Please try again.
After review, we have determined your videos don't meet our video quality requirements. These requirements must be met to be shown on placements outside your storefront, such as a product's details page. To be reconsidered for additional placements outside of your storefront, please delete all your existing videos and upload at least 3 new videos that meet our best practices. Please note that we limit the number of cumulative reviews to 3 per influencer."
Hi friend, so happy for you congratulations I did mine again and unfortunately did not get approved. I'm so confused because in my opinion I followed the guidelines. Thanks for sharing.
Same happened to me. First time I saw my mistakes. Second time I’m like What the heck. Everyone’s video I seen that got approved were all different

It can be tough, I know my mistakes were mentioning price and my own brand and the Amazon logo

@@TheShuwanna how to you even know your videos got rejected or not?I mean, for the second try. The warning updates saying they haven't accepted your second attempt?or keeps the same warning?
CONGRATS! Awesome video! It took me 2 attempts and 2.5 months...75 days to be accepted on my 2nd attempt BUT I'm ready to go now!

This is so helpful! I am still awaiting approval from my first submission of my 3 videos. Its been 10 days and I feel like its taking a lot longer than I thought. Will I clearly see if any of my videos were denied on my first attempt?
How does one get to their Amazon creator hub? I can’t find mine
In my app, I just go to my account (the head shape on the bottom) then the 3rd section has your account hub
Thanks for the tip! Would it be acceptable if my video didn't have audio? It was a dress and I just wore it and shown how good it looked but didnt I say anything. Thoughts?
You could do a voice over on it using an app like capcut
I do not understand, my videos are basically the same I feel like! I even did something incredibly simple (neoprene hand weights and a silicone mat for curling iron, no brands or anything else in my shots) and I got denied 3 times. I tried 3 different products and it said it was for quality, but I know that couldn't be it. I used an external mic, cleaned up noise, made sure my resolution was good, triple-checked the guidelines and best practices and NOTHING. I sent an email as well and they said they cannot manual review and that it's automated. So furious because absolute garbage videos are somehow getting through :/
Did you mean the final review is automated, meaning AI reviews it and not an actual person?

I SUBMITTED MY 3 VIDEOS ON 5/10/24 AND IT IS ALREADY 6/17/24 AND THERE IS STILL A LOCK BUTTON AND AT THE TOP IT SAYS "WE WILL NOW REVIEW YOUR VIDEOS, THIS SHOULD TAKE ABOUT 2 DAYS"... WHAT DO YOU THINK I SHOULD DO?
On my daughter’s account it took almost 30 days but yours has been over 30 days. I would try to get mail support and ask them to review them

I was getting nervous because I have been waiting 10 days! Sounds like it could take a lot longer than 2 business days. Did your videos finally get approved?
@@jessicaiwanicki9415 yes! They finally got approved on july 12…so about 2 months. My daughter submitted her videos last week and they got approved within three days so I don’t know how it works over there but I think every situation could be totally different. Hoping yours get approved soon.
hi i apply multiple time for amazon influencer but my tiktok following isnt good enough do you know if will always be automatic denied or will refresh again every week or day?
You will have to keep applying, it won't refresh itself. Try to post a tiktok video every day for 30 days then apply again

You can do everything through the phone for sure but I do recommend checking the dashboard on the computer to see if your first 3 videos were accepted

Hmm, that is a great question. I don't remember reading anything that would say you can't in the rules but it would be a good idea to scan the guidelines again to check

I've always been under the impression they wanted videos in landscape.. Am I wrong?
I did vertical and my daughter did vertical. It was fine

You will need to start a new account, the old account won't be able to try again

Hello! So I submitted three videos 2 weeks ago. They have been 'published' by Amazon but I'm still not approved for onsite commissions. At the top of the management screen is says (negative) 3 of 3 videos ...... and then 6 left on the other side. I have the three videos uploaded ... is it wanting me to upload three additional videos? So confused ... thanks!!
Mine is similar and i uploaded it 2 days ago. It says published. And the onsite commission is not activated
Sorry I am just seeing this now. It does take quite awhile for them to review. The videos do say published at first even though you haven't been approved or denied yet. You don't need to upload more

@@Styledmicasa so I was on week 10. I ended up deleting my first videos as a sacrifice, if you will. Regretted that decision when I Resubmitted and got denied. Got approved on my third try though, luckily!

My videos are taking so long to review I got rejected once upload 3 more videos and it has been about 2 months and my new videos are still not reviewed
This happened to me on my second try also but it was just over 1 month, my daughter's review for her first try took a very long time also. Have you been accepted now?
How can I learn to make videos good enough to get approved ?
honestly making the videos is simpler than it seems. Vertical videos under 1 min. Some of mine were short like 15 seconds. Show the object, explain why you bought it and what you like about it and upload. Don't mention medical advice, bad language, price, legal advice, encourage drinking or drugs and you should be good.
Example of a review on a mug: I was looking for a larger coffee mug to drink my latte in the morning. I wanted one that was low enough to fit under the spout of my coffee machine and I liked the color of this blue one. I've been using it for a few weeks and I love it, its just the right size for my 10oz coffee
