Looks like you need to increase the air pressure via the adjustment screw on the head. When material catches fire like that is probably why your lens has that burn mark on it. I keep my compressor at 90 psi and use adjustment screw on head to adjust the air flow i want. I keep mine pretty high to keep smoke and or fire from hitting the mirror with positive pressure.
