  • Ki Tavo (כִּי-תָבוֹא‎) - Hebrew for “when you enter,” is the 50th weekly Torah portion and found in Deuteronomy 26:10-29:8
Learn how the mitvah of bringing the first fruit offering to the temple and the principle of tithing were all to teach the importance of practicing God's character of selfless giving!
In this parashah we read that Moses instructs the people of Israel: When you enter the land that God is giving to you as your eternal heritage, and you settle it and cultivate it, bring the first-ripened fruits (bikkurim) of your orchard to the Holy Temple, and declare your gratitude for all that God has done for you.
Our Parshah also includes the laws of the tithes given to the Levites and to the poor, and detailed instructions on how to proclaim the blessings and the curses on Mount Gerizim and Mount Eival-as discussed in the beginning of the Parshah of Re’eh. Moses reminds the people that they are God’s chosen people, and that they, in turn, have chosen God.
The latter part of Ki Tavo consists of the Tochachah (“Rebuke”). After listing the blessings with which God will reward the people when they follow the laws of the Torah, Moses gives a long, harsh account of the bad things-illness, famine, poverty and exile-that shall befall them if they abandon God’s commandments.
Moses concludes by telling the people that only today, forty years after their birth as a people, have they attained “a heart to know, eyes to see and ears to hear.”

I just wanted to mention the pasuk that talk about our forfather being aramean, it was a difficult verse, thanks for clarifying it, another difficult pasuk is the previous parasha talking about cooking a young goat in his mothers milk, its about preserving life, just like blood is life milk is also life as it is produced from the blood, this is why HaShem gives this verse, to honor life. Its also a custom practice by the ancient pagans even today with beef stronganhof
    Thank you Rabbi Isaac💗🤝☺

Luke 16"16-17 says, "Up to the time of Yochanan there were the Torah and the Prophets. Since then the Good News of the Kingdom of God has been proclaimed, and everyone is pushing to get in. 17 But it is easier for heaven and earth to pass away than for one stroke of a letter in the Torah to become void."
The statement in verse 16 that “The law and the prophets were until Yochanan (John)” is one of Yeshua's clearest intimations that the prophetic focus of the Torah and the Prophets was the coming restoration of dispersed Israel, which was now beginning to be fulfilled in Yeshua as the Prophet like Moshe and the suffering servant (Messiah ben Yosef) who came for the “lost sheep of the house of Israel”, and all these things foretold were “a shadow of things to come,” Colossians 2:17.
Then the term, “every man presseth into it” implies ‘forcible entrance into it by rhose with other agendas,’ Matthew 11:12-13. The allusion is to the eagerness with which the message of the kingdom was accepted by the publicans and the people generally, Luke 7:20; John 12:19 but as force is not a part of the character of God it implies some will also try to profit off of the popularity of the message of the Kingdom and control the innocent using “religion” as a means to self-exultating false leadership rather than following the model of Yeshua as servant-leaders helping the people while promoting the coming kingdom.
Hope this helps dear sister… May Abba Father bless you and keep you ever excited in His Word and the process of having it written upon your heart! 😊🙏❤️

55: 01, There are important differences between
    the old and New Covenants,
    Hebrews 8: 13.
The firstfruits are the very few who have been called to the New Covenant. Those living in the old covenant are many.
The ancient Israelites who were born into the nation, and agreed to the old covenant at Mountian Sinai, received the tora written on stone, while they had a stony heart.
To be a part of the New Covenant is a calling. Those called become signatory to the New Covenant when baptized into the name of Yeshua.
Many called to the New Covenant are of gentile descent. They aren't grafted into national, first-covenanted Israel, but rather are called out of it, into the same tora, via the New Covenant began by Yashua,
    MattithYa/Matthew 16: 18.
The letter of the tora cannot give life, only death. The old covenant is to a physical entity, understanding the tora on a physical plane,
    Exodus 20: 14.
The New Covenant is to a Spiritual entity, allowing understanding the tora on a Spiritual plane,
    Matthew 5: 27 - 28.
We of the New Covenant receive the tora written in our hearts, allowing us to love the tora.
The old covenant never promised eternal life for obedience.
The old covenant promises prosperity and protection from enemies.
The New Covenant promises eternal life for obedience,
    MattithYa/Matthew 19: 17.
Those called to the New Covenant are advised of likely severe persecution,
    Yohanon/John 15: 18.
The Day is coming when Yahavah will offer the New Covenant to national, first-covenanted Israel,
    Yirmeyahu/jeremiah 31: 31,
and to all who have lived and died. Except the Beast and the false prophet,
    Revelation 19: 20.
That glorious Day will be after the first thousand years of Yashua's eternal reign on Earth,
    Ezekiel 37: 1 - and
Revelation 20: 5A, a parenthetical statement (But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished).
and v 11 - they will live before the White Thrown of the Almighty, as we firstfruits do today,
    I Peter 4: 17.
The Second Resurrection will be when the second fruits are educated, encouraged, corrected. It will be accomplished to all, and before all things are made new,
    Revelation 21: 5, and
    I Corinthians 15: 46.
For this age, all uncalled Israel is blinded in part,
    Romans 11: 25.
(The "Time of the gentiles" is when the world's non-Israelites gain power over the world's Israelites. The development is far begun today).
Surely the vast majority of mankind will, when raised to physical life again on a restored earth, joyfully agree with their Creator and also humbly agree to the New Covenant
when it is their time to decide, as we do now, Praise to His name!

      John 12:50
50 I know that his COMMAND leads to ETERNAL LIFE. So whatever I say is just what the Father has told me to say.”
Yeshua removes the curse(death sentence) of the law. But if we continue to transgress the Torah then you are making his Sacrifice useless. For we are expected to obey them after being cleansed. He lived the Torah so must We. He said Come Follow him. He is Way because he obeyed the Way of YAH. Unless we do follow, we are saved from the cursed, but if we do whatever is Right in our own eyes. That is the self righteousness that are Filthy Rags in the eyes of God.
We practice what Yeshua preached love YAH and our fellowmen.

58 “If you are not careful to do all the words of this law that are written in this book, that you may fear this glorious and awesome name, YHWH Elohim 59 then YHWH Elohim will bring on you and your offspring extraordinary afflictions, afflictions severe and lasting, and sicknesses grievous and lasting.
The Los Lunas Decalogue Stone found in New Mexico has the ten commandments written in Pictograph by ancient descendants of Israel who came on the ships of Solomon around 950 BC. The word "in vain" is "l'shav" in Hebrew לשוא meaning "falsely".
