- In this week’s Parashah from Leviticus 25, we see the laws of rest and redemption for the land established through the instructions to Israel about the Shemittah and Jubilee. The Haftarah then gives us a subtle hint at the ultimate fulfillment of the land receiving her rest and redemption in the Messianic Age of Moshiach (the Millennial Kingdom) through God telling Jeremiah to purchase his family's inherited land through the right of redemption for a future date!

This teaching is so brand new for me. I've been studying for 3 months and the revelation and blessings are beyond me...I do believe that studying the Torah and learning Hebrew, has cause my life in a totally new direction with all new disciple..There is many blessings when one obey his laws and commandments..I'm in love with Yeshua.

I enjoy each teaching. Is there a teaching on the 7 laws for each 7 areas of human beings. Where can I find the laws?
Question ; What about harvesting food from inside in grow containers ?
This does not fit any criteria mentioned on the 7th Shabbat year.

Rabbi in Shemitah can v keep field clean and water tress or plants?
If I buy a piece of land should I count shemitah from the year I started planting or shemitah from Israel times?
The Sh'mittah began Sept. 7th 2021 this year and during the Sh'mittah year, Jews are not allowed to work the land in Eretz Israel. This means no planting, no sowing, no plowing, and no pruning of vines (Lev. 25:4). These four activities constitute the Torah prohibition. The Rabbis extended it and forbade fertilizing, watering, other types of digging other than plowing, and pruning. Hope this helps! 🙏

on your next clip #32 you said 490 year they didn't kept Shemittah, but here in #33 you are saying 390 years, am confused :) please let me know, is it 390 or 490 years, if 490 will be add up 70x70=490 but but 390 you wont get 70x70
yes initially, Israel kept to the provisions of the shemitah year, but for the 490 years prior to the Babylonian captivity they neglected to do so, thereby ignoring 70 shemitah years.

Israelites went to exile in 597BC +490= that means they stopped keeping Shemittah from 1087 BC (round it up say they didn't kept Shemittah for 1 century).
is it correct my calculation?

Deuteronomy 18:1-2 says that the Levites had a very special inheritance from God: “The Levitical priests-indeed, the whole tribe of Levi-are to have no allotment or inheritance with Israel. They shall live on the food offerings presented to the Lord, for that is their inheritance. They shall have no inheritance among their fellow Israelites; the Lord is their inheritance, as he promised them.” Also in Eze 44:28 it says, "And it shall be unto them for an inheritance: I am their inheritance: and ye shall give them no possession in Israel: I am their possession." (see also Joshua 13:33)
“The civil law reduces the unwilling freedman to his original slavery; but the laws of the Angloes judge once manumitted as ever after free.” - Libertinum ingratum leges civiles in pristinalm servitutem redigulnt; sed leges angiae semel manumissum semper
liberum judicant. Co. Litt.137. This maxim of the Common Law (origin the Torah) written by justice Coke explains the condition of humans who freely choose to rebel against the law, kingdom and covenant/constitution of YHWH throughout history.
The "civil law" is the law men make for themselves when bound together in civil body politics: city-states, nation-states, federation-states (states, nations, countries are all synonyms at law meaning the body politic, people contracted together in a corporation with a charter they consent and agree to, like a constitution, which authorizes some sort of law making power that makes the municipal laws for the members of the corporation, this is the essence of "civil law") Civil law originated with Cain's city-state of Enoch, Nimrod's Babylon, in fact, in legal history civil law is said to begin with Hammurabi's Code. Civil Law is the law of the adversaries of YHWH.
There has only ever been TWO forms of law on earth. YHWH's Law and human civil law. And both become binding upon a man by Consent. As is the case for all law for all law is based upon contract and consent. There is a maxim of law that reads: "If you change your law you change your god (mighty one, EL, Theos, sovereign, law maker, ruling judge), and if you change your god you change your law." We see this maxim played out in Scriptures when Israel bound themselves to Pharaoh in Genesis 47:25,26 by voluntary consent via application of Pharaoh's benefits, privileges, franchises, subsidies, entitlements and protections. Then again we see Israel being established as a holy nation when they changed their god and their law at Mount Sinai, again by voluntary consent to enter into convenant with YHWH: Exodus 19:8; 24:7.
Every man (male or female) on earth that has consented to be a corporate member of a civil law body politic experiences the effects of changing their law and their god by consent, and when they choose unwisely the civil law reduces them to state of bondage, which over time gets tighter and tighter until the people cry out for redemption. But does YHWH in His word Hear their cries? No. Not without them FIRST choosing to return to His WAY (Torah/law/instructions) in repentance, then He will hear their prayer (appeal, application) and return unto them. For one citation on this fact refer to Malachi 3:7.
In America we, as a nation, started out as a Common Law nation, that kept a lot of the Torah, without even knowing we were keeping the Torah since the English colonists were the descendants of the Anglo-Saxons, who were a part of the scattered ten tribes of the house of Ephraim, who was prophesied to become the "fullness of the gentiles" (multitude of nations) and as such, even though they didn't know it, they were still clinging to their original form of law:

“Their [U.K. & USA] legal systems and constitutions are built upon the same Common Law, which had its origin in the Law of Moses - the Law of the LORD - hence the fame of American & British justice throughout the world. We should point out that these laws formed a part of our culture long before the Christian Era. These facts give us added proof, forming another ‘link’ in the chain of evidence connecting us with ancient Israel.
The Common Law began in England as far back as 1100 BC when it was codified by Brutus (Brute) of Troy. Brutus was a great grandson of Aenaes, a descendant of Judah-Zarah [See Genesis 38: 27-30]. The Law was again codified by Malmutius - about 500 BC. King Alfred the Great again codified it. Alfred, the renown Saxon law-giver and Administrator during the Saxon period, places the Divine origin of the Law in the forefront. The following is taken from “Alfred the Great” which proclaims the law of Moses as the basis of Anglo-Saxon Administration:

“…coming, then to his task with this in view, we find Alfred’s code, or Alfred’s dooms as they are called, starting with an almost literal transcript of the Decalogue. The only variations of any moment are, that the second commandment is omitted from its right place, and stands as the tenth…immediately after the Ten Commandments come selections from the Mosaic Code, chiefly from the 21st, 22nd, and 23rd chapters of Exodus, very lightly modified”

But a free man under the Torah or its derivations: English Common Law, is not truly free unless he has the capacity to choose to enslave himself by consent to the civil law. So in the US Constitution it recognized BOTH forms of law as being part of the American system of jurisprudence, which the English settlers brought with them from England. As time as passed it didn't take long before the Civil Law had once again reduced the once Common Law free man into an indentured bond servant by his own consent. "My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge" Hosea 4:6. Today the typical 14th Amendment US citizen is totally bound up and dependent upon the civil law and their Vicarious Paters (substitute civil law Fathers: The State and Uncle Sam under PARENS PATRIAE: government as Father/parent of the country).
Even though the common law and Torah is still available many don't repent or don't know how. Many keep ceremonial laws of the Torah/common law, like annual holy days, wearing Tzitzit, etc., and some of the health statutes and dietary guidelines, but they don't know how to keep the other statutes, judgments of YHWH, like economic laws for instance. And whats really sad, is even if they knew the economic laws of Torah and how to implement them today, they are so enslaved that they don't have the means to do so. Americans are once again, like their ancient Israelite ancestors back in a full on Egyptian bond servitude near the time of YHWH's redemption, but yet they still believe they are free.
OH SOVEREIGN YHWH! Hear OUR CRY! We are striving to repent, but are bound to sin, the sin of being contractually under the civil law of the adversary! We cannot even keep the simplest of your statutes due to our chains. We are dependent upon Artificial civil law persons to be our guardians and providers instead of, in front or, before YOU. We need insurance corporations to be financial responsible for our trespasses, we are so enslaved that we can only afford to personally be liable for annual premiums and deductibles because of our sin. We are dependent upon civil law corporations to be our healers (hospitals and clinics); we are dependent upon the State and Central Bank to be our providers and protectors, Masters/Lords who holds the equitable titles of all our property, including ourselves and our labor, while we, like serfs, pay tribute to our civil law masters just so we can keep possession and use of what we truly do not own, since its all been pledged as collateral on our national debt. Please OH! Sovereign YHWH, allow Your SON to Return SOON to fulfill the Fall Moedim and the words of Your prophets in order to once again Redeem and Save your foolish adulterous Israel (both houses) from our folly of whoring after other gods. Please bind up Satan, and write your TORAH upon our hearts, give us new transfigured bodies incorruptible, unable to violate your TORAH because it flows through every atom and strand of DNA in our being, TEACH us your Torah, show us again HOW to be a holy, set-apart people in spirit and in truth. We don't want to sin any longer against you OH Father and Sovereign Master. Please save us from temptation and the tribulation, redeem us from our civil law bond servitude and RESTORE us as your holy people, ONE TREE ECHAD IN YOU.

@@thegrand1356 Oh please don't get sucked into playing the same Adamic blame game that started this whole mess. We, individually, do this to our selves by our own free will choices to consent and contract into the jurisdiction of the civil law. It boils down to our own selfishness and covetousness, fear, lust, greed, envy, sloth, etc. Nothing the civil government does to bind the Common Law free man or the 14th Amendment subject citizen is done by force or even mandate. Its all voluntary consent give by words, acts and deeds, applications, receipt of benefits, privileges, franchises, immunities, subsidies, entitlement, licenses, permits, pensions and protections. For instance there is NO civil law that mandates anyone register the birth of their children with the State (Birth Certificate), nor apply for a State marriage license, or any state license for that matter, nor apply for a taxpayer ID number: Social Security Number or EIN, etc. Even 14th Amendment federal subject citizenship (a civil law creation of congress controlled by congress) is not mandatory. People can freely choose to return to the dejure Citizenship under common law via Public Law, 15 United States Statutes at Large, chapter 249, pages 223-224 (1868) codified at Title 8 USC section 1481. Their problem is their ignorance of how either form of law (Torah of YHWH, or man's civil law) operate. However, if a man chooses to give his natural life to animate a civil law legal fiction to operate in the civil law as a "person", especially to reap the benefits of Canaanite Traffick (commerce) then he MUST get NUMBERED, TAGGED and licensed as a human resource in commerce. Why? Because those activities are ILLEGAL under Torah. A LICENSE is legally defined as the permission, from competent authority to do that, which without the license, is illegal, a trespass or a tort.
I cannot use the property of another without their permission/license or its stealing. I cannot marry a Father's daughter without his permission/license, or its a wrongdoing (tort) making me an interloper/a thief. In order to operate under the civil law of Babylon, Rome, Egypt, the US, etc. a man must reject YHWH and get the LICENSE from the civil law master to use what belongs to the civil law master.
What Americans lack is knowledge of how they could have chosen to remain operating under the Common Law, the Torah of YHWH. 3 Civil law authorities preserve to them that right, as well as the fact that the Constitution of 1787 has not yet been repealed or annulled so the Common Law is still available to Americans to use again IF they only knew how. All they know is civil law, commercial law. The 3 US civil law Authorities that guarantees their right to keep the Common Law (Torah of YHWH) is: First Amendment: free exercise of religion. Second: United States v Seeger 380 US 163 (1965) and Public Law 97-280 (1982).

This Action by Congress confirms the superiority of the Torah and YHWH as being a HIGHER GOD than Uncle Sam.
So if people only knew how to operate under the common law rules of economics, etc. they could truly repent, even today, they could return to keeping, teaching and preserving more of the Torah ,than they think they can, proving by their "fruit" they are truly set-apart from the ordinary civil law civilian/person, but again, these are free will choices each individual has to make. "Choose you this day which God you're going to serve..."
Did a Baal or Ashtoreth, or any King around Israel force Israel to sin against YHWH and break YHWH's laws? No. They made those choices freely, and so do civilians today. They willingly contracted and consented, and they could, with sacrifice and repentance, lawfully rescind those contracts and go a different way, the way of righteousness and truth, freedom and liberty under the perfect law of liberty if they knew how.

What was the details of the prophecy that ended in 2008? Took captive in 721 for 390. Then add 2730 cause thy didnt repent. Does that bring them to 2008? Or does it mean instead of 390 it would be 2730. Not 2730 plus the 390. Where does it say in scripture 390 years for not keeping the shemitah
God prophecies to the prophet Ezekiel the original punishment upon Israel saying, "Lie thou also upon thy left side, and lay the iniquity of the house of Israel upon it: according to the number of the days that thou shalt lie upon it thou shalt bear their iniquity. For I have laid upon thee the years of their iniquity, according to the number of the days, three hundred and ninety days: so shalt thou bear the iniquity of the house of Israel." (Eze 4:4-5) Then when correlated with God's warning in Leviticus 26:18 we understand the total amount of time, ""'If after all this you will not listen to me, I will multiply your afflictions seven times over, as your sins deserve." (390x7 = 2730 years from the time they were taken captive in 721BC).
Can we be grafted into your religion.. we are Seventh Day Adventist who keeps and sanctifies Saturday as Holy Sabbath and follows the Torah but all our tithes aren't building a temple for God. I realize our tithes are making a kingdom of our own far from Israel.
