This is the Dover hydraulic elevator in the First United Methodist Church (also known as the "Coppertop Church") in Duluth, Minnesota. This building also has a smaller wheelchair lift in the basement which is used for access from the lower level building entrance up to an elevated area where the main elevator lands on the lower level.
