If Steven didn't know he had a son cause he thought she'd had an abortion-how did he have a pic of himself holding Kit at birth?

Great observation! In fact, Steven didn't initially know about Kit's existence, and the photo was taken in another context, perhaps a confused memory or something poorly explained. Thanks for pointing that out! ❤️

First of all l cannot remember if the father wanted the child aborted if he did then it strongly indicates he does not want the child & l would not tell him. I feel this way because imagine if he again reject the child. I once heard a school teacher say “A bad father is better than no father at all. There has been stories that abusive children stay because of that fear of not having a father at all & in some weird way l get it.

The story is beautiful, however, the start of the story is different from the end. In the beginning, Steven didn't know he has a son, and then he has the picture of holding his son when he was born. Very different story., doesn't make sense.

I understand your observation, and you're right to notice this inconsistency. It may be that there was a flaw in the narrative or a detail that went unnoticed. Thank you for pointing this out and I will revise it for future stories, thank you very much.
