Bow companies should limit releases to every 3 years, minimum. Tech doesnt advance much at all year to year to justify dropping crazy money every single year for the same latest specs, tech, speeds, etc as every other year, with very little exception.
Accidentally post this early yesterday? I wondered where it went. I watched 3/4 of it and had to stop, was gone when I came back.

The super slow motion is so cool , everything Dudley is involved in is just amazing and he is such a stickler on the little things that irritate most guys that work on there own equipment !! Nobody will top this bow this year IMO !!

Dudley has definitely made PSE highly competitive, high quality and excellent shooting. His designs/suggestions put them at the front of the pack, especially for a carbon bow. This is definitely a candidate for the best bow of 2021, PSE & Dudley really outdid themselves with this one!

Excellent demo, excellent speaker. Tells it very well.Very honest.
Man... love PSE products but this is the mach 1 with some tweaks and with a 1900$ price tag. Was able to shoot one at local shop and it is a no better shooter than the mach 1 and still has a good amount of reverb. Evl is a much better shooting bow. If you watch reviews of the Mach 1 its same speeds with different cams. I just feel like theres no way pse or any other companies really developed something different with the rough year we had last year.

@@Poisonieer How many miles do you hike each season? Cause that is where a carbon bow shines. My mach 1, loaded and ready to hunt (including five 525gr arrows), is 5.5lb.

Tbt in a honest review it took everything I had to buy a new bow . Marketing has segregated the style of hunting which is where archery came from stands for and its birth purpose plus the battlefields. I hunt for its maine purpose to eat clean and untainted meat healthier food for sure with self grown garden + wildlife for food .. marketing segregated the sport its ridiculous to pay the prices of a new shape color and materials used compound bow if anything they should be cheaper considering technology has made it easier to make everything involved 🙌 👏. There has not been any real benefits or changes in technology when it comes to compound bows in years except for the gadgets and gimmicks that they do then write up this whole reason why it is so much better ...I love archery there is no reason except for overhead cost in marketing and sponsorship support of said companies .I have hunted and shot archery since the age of 12 .I use to be looked at like I was the outsider for carrying archery equipment in the woods also saddle hunting this new craze is most likely the reason tree stands where built i used a linemans climbing gear with spikes/spurrs to climb trees and usually a good spot would build a seat or shelf off the tree and used it for many years marketing is expensive obviously stop putting so much into it lower the cost of these overpriced everything in archery let more people have the ability to buy the equipment leads to more sales im waiting for the first company to build a flagship and put a true price tag on it this is getting ridiculous I thought paying 1000 for a bow was stupid . Just like the whole hunting and competition bow BS John duddly puts his opinion and preferences on a bow they build it and charge 1000 more for it and there are people out there who will pay this marketing scheme for the amount of followers and attraction a platform can bring in marketing and advertising at its best 👌 nice bow love pse and John just wish one of the original big bow companies would take control of this price of everything archery bull crap
Y’all, bow technology has plateaued. This is the best it’s gonna get for a while, so don’t spend your hard earned money on a brand new bow when last year’s bow (and probably the year before that) is literally the exact same thing.
So I guess it's not worth upgrading from my 11 year old bow.

What you were saying about building a heavy carbon bow is exactly what I've been saying about the RX5. They had such a good bow there, but it's so freaking heavy It makes zero sense to spend the several hundred extra dollars over the ventum. Unless your just a Hoyt fanboy I guess, then it doesn't matter.
A lot of people don’t like the ventum cause of a few issues I can’t name off the top of my head
Good review, I love my carbon air ec it just shoots bullet holes out to 100m and didn`t think it was possible to improve on it. I think that bow you are shooting needs just a tad more balance weight as it seems to be kicking up on the shot.

The draw cycle looks like it would be equivalent to the EC Cam with FL mods. The FL module hits peak weight twice in the draw cycle (once an inch or two off of brace and again towards the back end), hence the hump and the extra speed.

Looks great! Not a huge fan of the green but it is minimal on this bow. Wish they would explain in better detail as to why or how the carbon is less vibration sensitive than other designs. All in all I'm looking forward to shooting this bow. Thanks you lancaster and pse for all the good work. Cheers
Not a hollow core like the others so less vibration. And it’s the only American made carbon

I was listening to j Dudley explain the given details, so what I'm saying, I haven't seen a camouflage levitate yet, but the one bad thing about it is, the factory never reconsiders thinking about asking us the customer market about camo colors, or do you all feel that what their gonna offer is gonna be good enough, I'd like to have the advantage came color, but I'll never see it again,

Bow is that much money if I'm going to spend it's got to have a rollergard like Hoyt and Mathews

Using the Omni arrow speed calculator... if you have this set at 31.5" DL, 80 lbs DW, and only 15gr on your string (peep sight & nose button) you'll be able to shoot a 653gr arrow at 273fps. A 553gr arrow at 307fps.... just saying.
I use that calculator all the time. It's off by 15-20 fps btw.

I don't get no hand shock on my hoyt carbon spyder zt. That pse carbon bow looks like it jumps a lot when shot. Pretty sure there's lots of hand shock.

Looks cool. I have a Hoyt Torrex compound bow. I wounder how much better this would do for hunting in from a tree stand then my current bow. 🤷♂️ Maybe it just for to cool kids 😎
A Torrex is plenty of bow to kill hogs and white tails with out of a stand. I hunt a 4 y/o powermax with ‘mutiny’ arrows from Walmart. At thirty yards it’s all I need.

What's the difference between the E2 and the EC cam on the Mach 1?
So we go over all this in the video, but the Mach 1 has the Evolve cam. The Levitate has the E2, which is based on the Evolve, but with some modifications. For one, you will notice the shape is a bit different because the E2 is a little more aggressive. Second, the base of the E2 cam is wider to negate some of the cable lean into the cam tracks, which was robbing some efficiency. Third, the E2 has bigger bearings and it sits on a 1/4-inch axle.

its a finger sling, you shouldn't grip the bow but push against it then when you trigger the release the bow will want to "jump" forward - the finger sling stops you from throwing your bow on the floor after each shot lol.

You couldn’t give me a pse bow the last bow I had I put six sets of limbs on it and I sold it to a friend who already knew the issues I was having with it he literally shot it four times after my last set of 6 I put on it and it splintered again count that 7x they messed up oh and it wasn’t a cam issue either cause In the process we had 3 new cams on it also so I’m out on pse on a positive note I did love the way it shot when it actually worked correctly but too many issues for me to trust it in the woods

You mean carbon fiber. Make sure it has a coating on it to prevent the UV light from destroying it.
Great offering, but, this looks very similar to the Mach 1. Specs are nearly the same. Differences are very minor.......except for the increased price.
