It is possible he mis-signed on purpose as he knew that car had problems but wanted to sell it. I think he knew he could make the argument that he did not sign it if he were sued. Unfortunately for her, she couldn’t prove it w/ a video showing he signed it.
See I'm not inclined to agree with that because though because what would be the point of that, he could just simply REFUSE to sign that warranty contract. There is no law mandating a dealership provide a warranty on a used vehicle, which is why you almost never get a warranty on a used vehicle ESPECIALLY a hooptie like the one she had. Dealership will give a warranty on a vehicle that maybe 6 years old with a low reading on the odometer, and that will be at most a 6 month warranty, and a very limited warranty, but don't EVER expect a warranty on a hooptie, EVER..... That is something you buy at your own risk.
@@Hardin9 The point would be to assert the car had no issues b/c that was the buyer’s contingency. He was desperate to sell and she was desperate to buy so it’s not hard to believe he’d mis-sign the doc to avoid losing the sell. It was evident she was naive as she didn’t take any logical steps when buying a used car: buyers inspection, CARFAX check, etc. before spending a lot of money. He took advantage of that but she can’t prove it. She should have never purchased that vehicle w/o an inspection at minimum. Considering she skipped that part, she should have at least recorded the signing or had the transaction completed w/ a notary.
He said whoever wrote it that English wasn't their first language then the judge reads it and it sounds perfectly fine. Then he says, sounds wonderful.
As upset as she was it may cause the average person to believe her, but that paper wasn’t written in the way like legal car contracts are normally written. My instinct tells me that she , and possibly someone else typed up this paper, and forged the signature.
idk, im torn on this one. she doesnt seem to be the MOST well put together in her case but i dont think she has the ability to forge stuff like that. a level of me does think he misspelled his name on purpose cause he knows he can claim forgery and get out of it. cause "what person misspells their own name?"
To everyone in the comments, don't automatically think she's a liar. For all we know, he could have misspelled his name on purpose just in case she did sue. Use your head people.
So he says it's a 30-day warranty but puts down a 60-day warranty? No one offers a warranty for a piece of junk car. She has definitely forged the document, and it's very clear. She keeps bringing up other rebuttals but has never strongly condemned the act of forging it.
I knew the plaintiff was lying when she said, "Everybody Is Always" trying to take advantage of her. That tells me, She loves playing the victim. When she doesn't get her way, that's when her phony tears start.

Plaintiff should be thrown in jail for perjury/forgery!
She’s got so much to learn about life! She’s only been taught to play victim so far it appears
She should give amber heard acting lessons. Crying with no tears 😂😂
what a great show the plaintiff put on. really went above and beyond with her sob story at the end
Is there a possibility that the defendant purposely wrote that faking his signature and just writing it like that in case she ever did take them to court because she seems pretty upset in the hall at the end?
The wording of that agreement is too specific and mentions nothing about the party buying the vehicle! I'd call it fraud for these reasons alone.
Doug with the dumb question at the end 😂
He said whoever wrote it that English wasn't their first language then the judge reads it and it sounds perfectly fine. Then he says, sounds wonderful.
It’s amazing to see how many annoying people are out there in this world 😂
Obviously you don’t deal with the general public much. 😂😂 These people are everywhere and in mass!
Lmfao 🤣🤣🤣 IKR
As upset as she was it may cause the average person to believe her, but that paper wasn’t written in the way like legal car contracts are normally written. My instinct tells me that she , and possibly someone else typed up this paper, and forged the signature.
idk, im torn on this one. she doesnt seem to be the MOST well put together in her case but i dont think she has the ability to forge stuff like that. a level of me does think he misspelled his name on purpose cause he knows he can claim forgery and get out of it. cause "what person misspells their own name?"
You hit the nail on the head.
Fr
To everyone in the comments, don't automatically think she's a liar. For all we know, he could have misspelled his name on purpose just in case she did sue. Use your head people.
So he says it's a 30-day warranty but puts down a 60-day warranty? No one offers a warranty for a piece of junk car. She has definitely forged the document, and it's very clear. She keeps bringing up other rebuttals but has never strongly condemned the act of forging it.
@@NKMK7 hearsay huh
Thats just what he said and u believed him Without proof.
I knew the plaintiff was lying when she said, "Everybody Is Always" trying to take advantage of her. That tells me, She loves playing the victim. When she doesn't get her way, that's when her phony tears start.
Narcissists are always victims. Even when they lie.
Also, how you gonna forge someone's signature and misspell their name? 😂😂
WELCOME TO THE USA! Trying to do the right thing starts with TELLING THE TRUTH
She is horrible
So true…. I feel bad for the defendant!
I think she is telling the truth. She is holding a computer, and she can create a doc in 5 min. Go to nearest copy station and he can sign it right there. He is trying to maintain his eyes contact so INTENSETLY and he even scratch his nose at the interview. He is the one lying.
He also lied about haven't seen the doc @4:03 and covered the lie. She even said, he knows what he's doing. I believe her.
You can tell she a liar by the beginning
If true, she should have used her phone to video him signing document.
I don't know . . . she was very believable, as was the defendant. You never know anything for certain when it comes to people and human behavior.
He miss spelled his name on purpose, he tricked her period. People do this mess all the time, but that will catch up to his sneaky self
He didn’t have to do anything. She bought a 15 year old used car without having it checked. End of the story. If she really watched people court she would have known this . That was the first lie of many.
Fr
He’s a con artist period!! He did that on purpose. If the car is old and as is, then why do this! He ain’t slick!
@@Ralphbo-u6l thats not the point tho..he made her look like a liar.🥲
She is crazy! I feel sorry for the defendant having to go through all that BS with her and her crazy family/friends. She was still telling lies to Doug. Fraud is a crime...someone needs to tell her or whoever she got to forge his name on that paper.
I llike lost count after like her saying “like” a bazillion f’ing times!! 🤦🏼♀️
Tired of people taking advantage of her, girl grow tf up.
There are unscrupulous people that would do that (the signature) like that to get away with paying. I have to say I believe the plaintiff.
Me too
Me three. It was her interview with Doug, which she started to tear up, makes me believe that although maybe she is leaving info out from her side of the story, but Defendant is crooked and signed their contract/deal and knew there were errors in the contract so he got lucky.
@@taralen1101 exactly
Hes not the scam artist she is
He would’ve been the 3rd that’s weird! 🙃😂
Not a Pontiac Aztec😂🤦🏾♂️
He signed with a wrong name on purpose
