Everyone is bitching at the Brit player for building a sim city, but when an Axis player builds bunkers behind bunkers with an 88 mm emplacement and a howitzer nobody says anything.
The Owl tried to throw the game and Stephanie countered with an all time throw

What can you even do against that thing when you have no flame damage and with the brave being what it is.
It's the very reason why getting Brit ranks is so easy.

Stephanie needed a Mortar, Stephanie needed to USE railway artillery, Stephanie needed to USE the Panzerwerfers against the 17 pounder.@@tyhy1

Same as the railway artillery. Brace nullifies that.
@@MrChrixs99the mortars nor the leig have flame barrages. meaning that the brit player can just brace through the damage. the allied team can then easily respond with counter fire from the kathusya or the mortar pit. without lasting damage from the flames, going in like that will only just feed vet and bleed the axis players.
I see emplacements are still absolutely disgusting. That 17 pounder at the end though LOL, really cheeky. Nice cast TR.
They were allowed to be "absolutely disgusting" by the Axis sticking to a single ISG as their indirect fire. Had they gone for a couple more mortars, those things would not have lived for much longer.

Classic coh2 king's own 17 pounder battery ripping apart king tiger and panther at a 5km distance.
Sturmtiger might have been better choice against emplacements. That's what it was made for.
Brace is a thing.
When playing against the British, you ALWAYS need to take into account the possibility of them building mortar and artillery positions and choose a commander with countermeasures (artillery shelling or airstrike), The Germans' actions looked stupid, frontal attacks on the cannons, an incomprehensible attack by one Panther
in the final without support...

4 vs 4 or 3vs 3 are great but they have to be high level players watching nuggets lose everything isn’t entertaining

After the 17 pounder in the middle rhe gane wasnt worth watching anynore. With the axis not having good flame indirect available in their commander choices.
Its unfortunate but this particular match isn't worth watching as nothing really happens after that 17 pounder just shut down the entire game for the axis. assaults with tanks is extremely important for the axis factions. taking that part away from the axis makes pushes not even worth undertaking.
It became so stale and boring that the soviet player found the time to drive around the edge of the entire map to base kill a couple of arty pieces. Something you never have time nor the micro for.
Idk, it's more boring to see or play META none stop.
@@TheOwlGilga only the meta becomes pretty boring after time, sure. but seeing one side unable to make any plays is even worse.
@@tyhy1Water could've firebombed the 17 pounder any time with his Stuka on foot. There is a reason Emplacements is the second least played commander for Brits in 2v2.
@@TheOwlGilga the reason is that emplacements commander itself is a rather redundant commander. every brit already has access to emplacements and brace as an ability i already free.
now you said water should firebomb the thing but he is the soviet player so i think you meant the OKW player justin?
in which case he could only do it wiuth his walking stuka. the thing is that its a vet 1 ability. so when you call it in and only shoot the emplacement for guaranteed vet gain you simply throw the match. investing in that thing without getting wipes is a thrown match. you cant do that. but lets say you do have it then i'd say it really doesnt matter because brace is a for free ability that makes your emplacement near invulnerable for 20 seconds. yes TWENTY seconds. this is why people dont use off maps on the things. because it simply wont do anything. and again, its a for free ability, it casts the brit player nothing.
