  • Hello everyone! In this video, I would like to share some hacks that I use in my chronic illness journey. I have an invisible disability that does not always show. Disabilities can affect people's lives differently. Always check in with your healthcare team to ensure safety and continuity of care. It is not easy living with a chronic disease or a disability, but I hope you find something helpful in this video to support you in your health journey.

Sierra, I just found your videos. Thank you! I was diagnosed with MS in November 2020, and I’ve been looking for online support. You are helping so many of us who are trying to cope with this diagnosis. Thank you for sharing your journey with this frightening and unpredictable disease.

      Hi Sierra,
My last MRI in September showed no progression, but my body says otherwise! Thank you for asking.
I’m learning so much thanks to caring people like you. You selflessly share your struggles, and it is so much appreciated. It’s so important to connect and share our experiences with people who really understand how it feels.
      Happy healthy holidays! ❤️
