Is that intro music from Subnautica? Vertigo dev added Story difficulty after feedback, so there's hope for Alex to finish it. It's a bit ridiculous, because the first boss in Vertigo 1 was also very difficult, so it looks like the dev made the same mistake in Vertigo 2, did not learn from it.
It's a known issue with Unreal Engine game that forcing external supersampling does not work. Any chance for a link to that ini tweak for Robinson? I played it on release but I'd like to see it supersampled.
Robinson tips - Turn Ingame supersampling to 2 and AA to Normal. If you want to make it even sharper and have a really good PC add r_SuperSampling = 2 to the SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Robinson The Journey\system.cfg
I did exactly the same when I played Paradise Hotel. I'm in my video trying to grab the light from the zombie arm for like 5 mins..
