Tony, you added a counterweight for the FW15, so do you have hills? I'm going to the dealer this week but my yard (1acre) is between 8-12 degrees of slope. Your thoughts on slopes and the FW15 please. Great idea on cushioning the counterweight Tony.
The real Truth is that the Ferris FW15 Is not Built for Mulching It is designed for side discharging ONLY. For (Commercial Property Mowing) Commercial property owners don't give a shit about mulching the grass they just want it cut using a mulching for the commercial property is a personal preference of the operator of the Ferris FW15 But they made a Mulch kit anyway for it (For Home Users) and the bagging system Kit To suck up Home property tree leaves ect.. That is why 3 different type blades to use (High Lift, Medium lift Blades) for side discharging, and mulching blades to mulch Grass and leaves For The Bagging System --->( FOR THE HOME USER ONLY ) 👍
Tony, big favor to ask. I'm ordering my FW15 tomorrow (along with a GrassFlap). I told dealer to order the front weight you put on your FW15. He said he can't find it in the Ferris catalog. Do you have the part number for this front weight kit? If so I'd be grateful.
@@TonysLawnCare215 Tony thanks. My dealer called Ferris. No counterweight for the FW15 and yours is a Ferris branded product. Isn't that crazy. I've got two serious hills to go up and down, I'll need something on front to help hold it down. I guess I could strap a weight to it myself.
