battle of blackwater gets trumped by other battles in most aspects, but its just so good as the first real intense battle. The drums gave me such crazy goose bumps first time seeing it
My preference is for "history videos" for this universe to be based on the novels. This comes from someone who enjoyed the show more, by the way. The novels, by nature, provide more information. At first i was confused why all the Game of Thrones battles were missing - but that's because this is based on the series that didn't have any battles in the first season.
I'm yet to read the books, I've only finished dunk and egg novellas and starting on fire and blood. But what pov witnesses the battle of whispering woods in A Game Of Thrones? Or are the events just talked about by non pov characters
Anemoia is nostalgia for a time or place that no one has ever known. I feel that when I think about the possibility of Daenerys slowly going insane over multiple seasons, only to culminate in the Battle of King’s Landing. That would’ve been so good 😞
As a long time zombie fan, Hardhome is my favorite battle of show. They lost. Night King won. Night King did gis epic taunt when he raised the recent dead. It solidified to the viewers who the true threat of the series was.
George Martin will never complete the books. Meanwhile, Terry Prachett continues to churn out his Discworld series almost every year despite him already dead of old age!
The Battle at Winterfell was the most disappointing moment in the entire series. Overpowered necromancer ice guy dies in first battle to a mary sue teenager lmao

Daenarys really has been turning evil slowly for like the entire show, even as early as S2 Bran sees the iron throne with ash raining down and a dragon flying over King's Landing, not to mention all the increasingly fucked up things Daenarys has been doing to secure her throne throughout the series. It really made complete sense that at the end she would react that way, especially with how much they had been building up her and Cersei's mutual distrust of eachother trying to work anything out non-violently.

It would not just be because of inbreeding. Every Targaryen only controlled one dragon at a time not 3 at once.
Yesss battles from the past next!
i loved the part where you explained every game of thrones battle in 25 minutes
Same tbh
He made a part 1 this is pt2 ig
Timestamp? Think I missed it

Should’ve started with the Battle of Whispering Woods, the battle in which Robb captures Jaime Lannister!

With the last war you should’ve mentioned it was also a redemption arc for the north
It’s not the battle of hardhome…it’s the massacre at Hardhome
Hardhome is awesome

Correct me if I’m wrong but isn’t John snow a stark too? Wasn’t his mother Ned Stak’s sister?
The goldroad's pretext doesnt make sense as highgarden can gather 80-100k troops so why tf didnt they absolutely wreck the Lannisters
D&d kind of forgot 😛😛that the tyrells have the biggest hosts 😜
Can you do all avengers? (MCU) and maybe like LOTR/Hobbit trilogies.
Can you make a video about the Blackfyre and who are the people who sit in the Iron Throne
Can you do a video comparing Cersei and Danerys as leaders and how their reigns differed or were similar

The Battle at Winterfell was the most disappointing moment in the entire series. Overpowered necromancer ice guy dies in first battle to a mary sue teenager lmao
