- Our Annual CCÉ Leixlip Christmas Recital went online for 2020!
Our concert will featured two phenomenal young musicians, Karen Dolan and Jeremy Saich. We were delighted that they were able to join us to pre record this live concert and it was an honour and a privilege to do so.
Here they are performing a great set of reels! - Видеоклипы
All good god bless ye too❤
Love this set - always nice to see the natural colours of the musicians and instruments in these videos.
Beautiful poetry on strings 0:47 ❤
My favourite reel for tenor banjo 👍✌️🎼 (fair well to Eire)
Some great rhythm on guitar aswel as fantastic flat picking
Rock-steady, flawless AND inventive banjo playing - and lovely supportive backing. Full marks all round!

Excellent stuff!
Unique banjo playing there.!! Guitar also good, of course, but the banjo playing stood out so much I almost took no notice of it. Overall, really, REALLY nice.
Nice playing..is it possible to explain the guitar chords..?
What tuning is the rhythm guitarist using?
👏👏👏👏🙏
Hup
Brilliant! Fantastic playing both banjo and guitar. 👍🏻 First tune is Farewell to Ireland but what‘s the name of the second one?
Well it's an interestingly named tune! ;) thesession.org/tunes/16
The Clumsy Lover
Humdinger cracker jack banjo
Don't be putting the sepia effects on the video, They don't need it
Indeed - save that for when you're old and grey!
I recall 1 camera was a phone. Other was a professional quality camera. In order to hide the blockiness on the video from the phone the filter was used. The perks of being a charity organisation and having do everything on a shoe string budget.
There is a problem about what has guitar to be a drum ;)
A banjo doesn’t sound right unless it’s in the hands of an Irishman. Or Irishwoman.
